My daughter called about a DoorDash order and was calling mozzarella sticks cheese sticks asking the manager Veronica to make sure she sent the sticks because last time they sent cheese balls. She yelled at my daughter saying “you know mozzarella and cheese sticks are the same thing” and hung up. The other manager there claims it was because kids are prank calling yet my daughter did not said anything to indicate that it was a prank calling yet. Veronica needs some extra training apparently since she doesn’t know how to talk to people politely.

We went her a few weeks ago and they didn’t make the sandwich’s correctly so they said we’d replace them so when we go back to have them replaced they give an old cold chicken sandwich!!! Don’t bother wasting your time at this location do to the one on 52 always fresh and hot
