Visited this location for the first time last Friday. Going inside and ordering at fast food these days is a gamble, on service and speed. But this location was excellent. The cashier found us a better deal than the coupon we had. The cooks in the back made everything correct and were happy to accommodate when we realized after ordering that you could get halvsies instead of just fries. Food was hot and fresh. Great experience, which is rare for Port Richey.

Oh, this place was so good yesterday, everything was nice and hot and fresh. Just like it should be the french fries with the perfect temperature and the junior burger for out of this world.Thank you, burger king and the service was wonderful!

I've been here everyday for the last 2 weeks that I've had to work and I have not ever had better service than what I have here such a positive atmosphere such wonderful people The food's always on point the order is never wrong always a friendly smile I have a Burger King directly in front of my house within a quarter of a mile and I would rather go out of my way here on a daily basis and go to the one right in front of my house if that explains anything

Stefanie or whoever it was at the window held us behind a truck while she had a conversation for at least 8 minutes. Then held us even longer for our food when it could’ve been bagged already had she not sat and had a long conversation. This is fast food. So treat it exactly as that. ? awful to be sitting in the heat while she was making friends.

The place was clean but a bit empty, which isn't bad considering I went in to eat and think in peace after a stressful workday. The food was great and the staff friendly. I would dine in there again.
Asked if there was mustard in a special sauce on a limited time sandwich as I have a severe allergy to it. The employee said the lazy I dont know response. I asked if he could find out in which he asked where would it be? Gee, maybe whatever it comes in? So instead of simply getting his manager and asking them I got no answer. Mcdonald's lists every ingredient in their food and is found very easily on their website. Not Burger King. I can't even find any ingredients listed anywhere. They do have an allergen list, but it's limited. These fast food workers want $20 an hour pay, but can't even find a simple label or ask a manager for information.

I stopped eating Burger King for years because I got sick eating a whopper at that Hudson, Florida location that was not fully cooked. My son wanted a whopper but I was hesitant due to my experience. I went to the Port Richey location and to my surprise I saw a familiar face. A young lady named Jessica which I met at another restaurant. She made sure my order was right and fresh.
