I wish i got her name, but the hostess was awesome, if I had a resturant, I woukd steal her away from you. I dined in Easter Subday approx. 12 noon. You will know who she is,Very professionial and very attractive as well. I even gave her an Easter present.Thon NefosWheelchair accessibility: You could use autimatic entry doors, im handicapped use a walker. Its hard to open a standard door. Yor employees did help mevopen the doors.

We had the best dinner from Carrabba's.My eggplant parmesan was excellent soft on the inside with a delicious flavor and perfectly crispy on the outside. The seasoned brocoli and penna pasta were a perfect pair.My husband's spedino with shrimp & scallops was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lemoncillo bread pudding is simply put TO DIE FOR!!I must add we missed placing the order through uber by four minutes.I decided to call the order in and pick it up.After calling in the order I went to leave to pick the order up and my battery was dead.Our other vehicle is currently at my parents while we finish rebuilding from being flooded in hurricane Idalia.It was now 10:00 pm at night the restaurant is closing and our to go order is waiting on me.I called the restaurant and spoke with management to explain my situation.His response was do not worry someone from Carrabbas will bring your order to your home ASAP HOT & FRESH !!I was amazed!Within minutes our food was delivered hot fresh and EXCEPTIONAL!!!THANK YOU CARRABBAS YOU'RE THE BEST!!

I took a friend that I had not seen in a year to Carrabba’s ‘s in Port Richey, Florida. It was amazing on all fronts the Hostess ( sorry I didn’t get her name) was friendly and professional. I loved how shes spoke with clarity when she welcomed us back and informed us who our waitress would be. Kayla (hope I am spelling correctly) was the perfect waitress she took the time (on several different occasions) to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. She was friendly, professional, helpful and accurate! I hope management takes note of how well she represents Carrabba’s. The kitchen staff did a phenomenal job with everything cooked to perfection. The “runner” surprised me with his attentiveness as he approached our table, saying “good catch” when I caught my fork from falling while moving my salad plate to the side. Finally, The Managing Partner Rob came to our table to check on our satisfaction with food and service and thanked us for coming in. I watched him at the next table as well. He was totally at ease speaking and joking with the guests while remaining totally professional. I said to my friend “I am very impressed”. I spoke with Rob again when we were leaving and complimented him on the restaurant. He gave me his card and told me to call him before I come in again. Couldn’t wait to give this experience at Carrabba’s in Port Richey the well deserved 5 star review. My thanks to everyone for making our lunch a memorable experience!
