They stopped using cloth napkins, and have replaced them with paper and you no longer get a salad with your dinner.I ordered the stuffed flounder, the stuffing tasted like stove top, and it was so salty, I couldn’t eat it. And I love salt. To their credit, they apologized and I ordered something else.
My husband ordered prime rib, it came out cold and it was gray. The potatoes were cold, and the corn was shriveled.
The best part of our dinner was the Dinner rolls. They were phenomenal.
Catches is not cheap and if they continue to serve meals like this, they won’t be in business much longer.
We came home and fed our meals to our dog and we ate last night’s leftovers. Happy anniversary to us.
We sat inside and had a beautiful view of the river.

The margarita was way too sweet. I ordered fish and chips. The batter was thicker than the fish! The photo is all the batter I peeled off to get to the fish! Fries were tough. I did enjoy the chowder. I will never return!

Celebrated my mom’s birthday at Catches on Labor Day Weekend. We had a great waiter, service, food, and clean environment. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful place. Our server Leza (spelling?) was awesome. I had the captains plater and omg. Huge portions. It had shrimp, scallops, flounder and a good size crab cake. No I couldn’t eat it all. It was very good and it came with two sides. I had broccoli and coleslaw both were very good. My husband had the shrimp plate and it came with so much shrimp we brought some of that home too. It was blackened to perfection. He had fries that were very yummy and coleslaw. We took home dessert which we had to try before we left and it was delicious. It was an orange cake. It might be a little pricey but let me tell you, you get what you pay for! I can’t wait to go back.

This is a great restaurant I had the stuffed flounder. Very pricey because it's on the water. Not too much to write home about. The menu seemed rather limited limited with pricey drinks of course. What time here is enough.
