Overpriced , rude staff and the food is not at all worth the price. Pay attention to what you’re paying for !!! Even if you buy wings they don’t come with a complimentary dipping sauce you gotta pay 😂 10/10 do not recommend

This use to be a great location but it seems to have declined. $27.80 for 2 sub meals asked for ketchup I was given 2 packets for 2 orders of fries ? asked for straws no straws given. Let’s forget about a side of ranch wanting to charge ok no cash well they will charge an extra service fee of another 50 cents. So $1 for a tiny cup of ranch after spending $27.80? After all my years of supporting them I rather give to a mom & pop place at least you’ll get a straw. I guess times are bad financially for Charley’s ?!?!

Terrible customer service. I walked in, and the guy just ignored me when I said “good morning.” When he took my order he just said “what do you want?” After taking my order he proceeded to play ghetto rap music on his phone max volume. Next customer arrived, same deal. I didn’t even want to come inside but I had to because the drive thru is broken. Get it together guys
