Did an online order and went through the drive through on the right side. No one was in line and I was unaware that there was a side for mobile orders. They had my food in their hands as I pulled up. Instead of giving it to me though, the guy opened the window and told me the pick up window was on the opposite side and made me drive all the way around to get it. It’s kind of annoying as he could have just told me for next time and handed me my food. The food tasted fine though, it’s just customer service that they need to work on.

Lies about the size of order. If you pay for a large they will give you a medium.
Food was cold. This location is terrible, you go after months of avoiding it until you forget the typical bad experience and try it again. No stars if possible.
Also the owner's responses just to appear they care about their business, they don't contact you after you fill out the survey, they also fail to fix the theft of your money. Other reviews note the bait and switch.

I do not like their fries, but their $4 meal deal is a great deal, even when ditching the fries. Their double cheeseburger is a solid sandwich. And small drink & apple pie. I just wish I could exchange the fries for anything else.
It's checkers lol If I didn't have to talk to an automated drive thru it's stupid everyone complains about foreign call centers and barely understanding the people who you have to talk to and now we have to try and deal with it in a drive thru! Dumb

So. Orders a meal and extra sandwich and extra fry. Service was not that great. Got home with our food burgers were cold and soggy and 1 burger had hair in it.. love me some checkers. But definitely reporting this

Does not know how to answer their phone, taking over an hour to finish a mobile order, place is absolute garbage. If the food is cold by the time it gets here I will be calling corporate in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous waiting this long for food that's been ordered over an hour ago.
