Always forget items, rude, and extremely slow! I live on ridge and usually just make the drive to the one on 54 because this location is the worst. Today they forgot a burger and small fries and when I called to speak to someone they just hang up without even speaking lol stay far away from this location. The one on 54 is the best imo but either 52 or 54 locations are far better than this one. The older lady that is in the windows needs to be let go already smh she is always forgetting stuff. Usually if I see her there I just leave.
Edited to add the fact that if they didn't shove $40 worth of food in 2 bags maybe they would have realized something was missing and also I could actually get boxes of food that are not smashed up and half the fries topping stuck to the lid lmao

Stood outside to order for 5 minutes. They never even came to the window to acknowledge me. Drive thru might be fine but be prepared to wait and hope they see you standing at the window. Most people don't have all day for lunch.

The past two times I have ordered delivery and ordered the big buford combo. Both of these orders were made and sent out to the driver with no fries at all. $20 is a lot just for a burger and a drink.

Did an online order and went through the drive through on the right side. No one was in line and I was unaware that there was a side for mobile orders. They had my food in their hands as I pulled up. Instead of giving it to me though, the guy opened the window and told me the pick up window was on the opposite side and made me drive all the way around to get it. It’s kind of annoying as he could have just told me for next time and handed me my food. The food tasted fine though, it’s just customer service that they need to work on.
