I ordered a steak burrito on uber eats and I’m half way through the burrito and no steak , What a joke . Who eats a rice burrito? Secondly I ordered corn, where’s the corn and red salsa , where is it? 3 or 4 pieces ?
Are you rationing around there ?
This is pitiful. A waste of my time and money . Honestly this is disappointing and disrespectful . I trusted you, this is basically robbery. Get better seriously. Someone obviously doesn’t like their job. Maybe take a little more pride within yourself and produce a better product. A real shame, lastly save your apologies . Apologies doesn’t put the steak on my burrito tonight. Thanks for ruining dinner. That is all.

I waited with my bf for 10 minutes while the works huddled up in the to go section. Watched two workers put on gloves just to ignore us like we didn’t exist. Left because they are not getting our money.

Why would i order a salad…and not get a salad dressing? Where does that make any sense?

Then my other bowl was missing the fajita veggies.

They didn't even try to communicate the issues when i picked up the food.

I would not recommend this location.

We ended up leaving without our food and going to Penera because- I am allergic to raw onion so I asked “do you have any plain chopped tomatoes in the cooler down there” (I’ve been here many times for years, and sometimes they have plain chopped tomatoes and corn without onion.) Well she could not contain herself and made a huge scene - my husband said “no we will just leave there’s no reason to engage with someone like this” and we left and our partially prepared food was disposed of.

A simple “no im sorry we don’t have any” would have been sufficient- I’m super laid back but she went on and on in an animated way and then continued to speak ill after I stepped away, my husband said nope we are leaving.

I made an online order. I went to pick it up the girl said she was making it but they were out of chicken and we would have to wait fifteen minutes for the chicken. Ok no problem, but I noticed my order was already half made I spent approx $100 on an order for my family. I asked if she could please remake the order when the chicken was done so it was all hot and fresh. She said no. I said but I spent a lot of money and would like all of my order fresh she said I’ll get my manager but she will say the same thing. She got her manager and she said the same thing and said you can order through the line but no she won’t make your order all fresh. I said but I already ordered. I was confused. And my boyfriend asked why we would need to reorder and why she had such an attitude with us. She was mad and said you can order through the line or you can leave I said can I have a refund she said you can call the 1800 number. I asked her name she wouldn’t give it and stomped off. She sent up some business cards with a worker. Nobody would give us their name but the manager had pink butterfly tattoos all up her neck. I have never had such a bad experience! My boyfriend owns the auto shop close by and told the worker how he comes there all the time and this is the worst experience he has ever had and will not be coming or buying his employees lunch from their anymore. We left and drove twenty min to the chipotle in Trinity. I will get my refund from corporate bc the 1800 number hangs up on you when you call. And it is a holiday weekend. Thankfully this isn’t all I had to feed my family!

Just to follow up on this review, I called all of the numbers on the business cards given to me and left messages and NEVER received a call back. I tried to get a refund and the number given hangs up right away. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I also reached online and the response was a canned sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience we can do better next time response. They do not care if you had a bad experience and they do not care to make it right. I am telling everyone I know about this place and all of my friends are also having bad experiences here. A friend of mine told me they have RATS and the health department was called on them for it. Stay AWAY from this place, the one in Trinity is 1000xs better!

Extremely poor customer service. Management not trained well. Store has no Order of direction. Organization skills are subpar! Definitely not going back! I asked for my money back they wouldn’t give it back I never received the food just to be clear.
