I’m not one to complain but this is just absolutely ridiculous. This is our third time placing an order online where we have had to wait longer than an hour AFTER the app says it is ready to be picked up. Not only have we had to wait an hour but when we go to pick it up, they have handed our order to the wrong person.As a matter of fact an Uber driver ended up walking back into the store with my order in her hand OPENED and the cashier tried to hand it to me?‍♀️?‍♀️I am beyond frustrated and irritated with this Chipotle. They need better management and workers in my opinion.

Horribly staffed, 0 communication abilities, I couldn’t tell if the staff was on heroin or if they were just born that way. Nothing was stocked on the food line and even the ice was out. Employees just wandering around as if they have nothing to do. Super sad and not an enjoyable experience. Had a similar experience in Pooler Georgia. This company seems to be going downhill.

Conveniently located in front of Gulf View Square Mall.(Update)filthy environment.UndercookedDecreased portionsOver worked staffOpening week:They usually do a good job at this location and it has been my experience that if something is wrong, they will fix it for you if you bring it to their attention.This location is far cleaner than the location over in Trinity; they do a good job at keeping up on their trash and making sure it's never over flowing.The parking lot is not too big but they usually are not so busy that there isn't room to park.Things to consider: maybe skip doing a mobile order at this location. The other reviews show a lot of discrepancies and mistakes in mobile orders.Vegetarian options: Cross contamination. Portions are served “sloppily & undesirably unethical, when considering dietary requirements.Dietary restrictions: Dangerous cross contamination of food portions!Parking: Dangerous to drive during evenings and busy hours. Bad drivers. Bad parking lot design.

Ordered through Uber eats. My receipt clearly states fajita veggies in my salad bowl but they were missing. Very skimpy portions. When I’m there personally, the portions are much bigger. Ordered three bags of chips and each one was a different size. It was like a little red riding hood there was one large, one medium, one small all within the same size bag just the number of chips were different. Also, many of the chips were gummy and soggy like they were stale. And others were incredibly over salty for some unknown reason. So as I eat down into the bowl, some of the chicken is tasty and moist and some of it is rockhard and dry. How is that possible? The salsa is so skimpy it makes the whole burrito bowl dry. What does salsa cost for a spoonful of salsa…20 cents? Otherwise, tasty. But unfortunately because of this, I’m only giving three stars. Uber eats delivery was great.

Absolutely worst at getting your order on their app right. 2 days in a row i order thru app and they dont follow order items. Dont order double meat portion you wont get it and then they forget different add ons you ask

I came in to pick up the free burrito I earned when I went to pay everyone had been so nice. When I went to scan the app for some reason it pocket dialed the Quesadilla. I love quesadillas but I don't want all that cheese going into my arteries. The Manager lady didn't say sorry that happened to you sir let's see how we can make it right. She said you have to pay. I asked if she could scan out the quesadilla and give me the burrito she said they could not as the points total is 50 different. I said fine I'll take the wuesadilla then she said. You have to order it online. I ordered it and it showed in my system chicken al pastor regular she claimed it said children's no meat. The salsa was frozen. What a clinic in how to become the worst chipotle in the world.

One of the worst chipotles I have ever been too. I decided to go with a friend for our break before going back to work and as I am waiting someone forgot my bowl in the midst of it and completely left it there. Multiple customers went on and paid with their meals that were behind me. I finally mentioned something and someone looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about service was so rude. And I never got my bowl I started to create. Never again!!!!!!

I love Chipotle! But, I went in the Port Richey location today at 1:45 pm. No white rice, no brown rice, no chicken, and no steak available. Nothing was on the grill cooking either. 6 people in back area not caring. Lax young kid at service line totally lost with no customer service skill. Myself and 2 other customers walked out. Where is the manager?? Get it together. I know hiring is tough these days, but someone needs to be in charge to make sure things like this don't happen!
