I usually eat at Culver’s once a week and bring the kiddos as a treat, however this location is horrendous. I’ve never seen a staff so clustered that doesn’t listen to the customer or pay attention to what the customer is saying when ordering. I also don’t understand how a salad, and a butter burger kids meal took almost 20 minutes for them to bring out and no I’m sorry for the wait or nothing like it’s a regular thing for them. i then got a cake cone, in which the guy didn’t ring it up correctly and the lady just gave me a scoop of ice cream with no cone. This then caused even more of a wait. I will never eat at this location again.

This is the worst ran Culver’s I have seen, I went Sunday evening went through drive thru, they sent a young man out with a tablet to take orders. The young man had No Clue on what to do then the lady collecting money couldn’t figure out what she was doing!!!! We waited 15 minutes from waiting to pay only to get a shake and mixer!!! What lousy customer service and management!!

This Culver's was lousy! I asked for a fudge sundae with whipped cream and a cherry. They forgot the whipped cream and there was barely any fudge. It was like they scraped fudge on the inside of the cup to make it look like there was fudge in there.
Update 3 years later...
I returned for dinner after a movie and didn't realize I had eaten here previously and given a 1 star rating. Not much has changed. We were charge $2 for bacon and given tiny pieces. I won't be back SMH. I'll remember for next time

Culvers is a shining light in the morass of American fast food restaurants. I never post about fast food since most Americans are too familiar with them but I do love culvers. We usually order single cheese butter urger basket which includes drink and side. Their onion rings are great and I personally like the cheese curds. It's a Wisconsin thing I think. What is amazing about culvers is they actually consistent vs all the other fast food places that claim to be consistent and which is definitely not the case.
