Your store at 8425 US HWy 19 Port Richey FL 34668 needs better training. Ordered a 3 piece fish meal and the fish were soaked in oil, one (pictured) was so over cooked that I could not eat it. Stale roll, the fries and Cole slaw were ok. Doubt that I will be back.

It was closed on New Year's day when we were craving it.

What wonderful service and delicious food. Also really beautiful inside. We were traveling and had to stop. I loved the cheese curds, butter burger, and concrete mixer. So many add ons to choose from when creating the mixers. No pictures, as we devoured the food.

We choose Culver’s for quick meals on the go because of the gluten-free options, which are important for my family due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, every visit seems to come with service issues, and today’s experience was no different.

We ordered curbside pickup: 2 kids’ meals (one with a gluten-free bun) and an adult burger meal. While the food came out quickly, the order was missing essential items—no utensils, condiments, or the chocolate milk included in my child’s meal. I went inside and kindly asked for mayo, mustard, ketchup, three spoons, two straws, and the missing chocolate milk. The young man assisting me was polite and apologetic, gathering everything I requested.

However, a young lady in a black hat, who seemed to be a manager or supervisor, intervened and insisted the chocolate milk “should have been in the bag.” After I assured her it wasn’t and suggested she could check the bags, she hesitantly handed me the milk.

Back at the car, I discovered the mayo was still missing—this was now the third time I had to address the issue. To top it off, the gluten-free burger was missing its grilled onions, and the overall order required multiple corrections.

For a paying customer I expect decent service. It’s frustrating to face such inefficiencies, especially when Culver’s is one of the few fast-food chains offering gluten-free options. While the food itself is decent, the service is consistently disappointing. If there were better gluten-free alternatives, I’d likely take my business elsewhere.

I hope this feedback helps improve service, as it’s a shame to see good food overshadowed by poor execution and customer care.

I usually love eating here. Spent over 50.00 for 4 value meals. The burgers were burnt. Dinner was a disappointment tonight.

The chicken tenders from both value baskets I got were way overcooked that they weren't anywhere near good. The fries were cold and incredibly greasy which made them inedible. One of my family members got the cod and said the pieces were way smaller than they usually are, and one piece was undercooked, and the other piece was overcooked and said the fries were disgusting. I used to go to culvers for the food being good, but it has severely gone downhill. Every time I visit this location, something in my order is always missing or incorrect, the employees must be too confused to just get an order correct for once in their life. It's impressive that this location disappoints me every time I visit. I also ordered the food on the app and to be picked up at 12:45, so when I arrive at 12:45 I expect the food to be out within a few minutes, not 10-15 minutes after I arrive. If you want good food, don’t come here since it’s clearly too complicated for the employees to accomplish. I shared my feedback on contact culvers and asked to be contacted about it and I haven’t heard anything so who knows if they’ll actually read my feedback or do anything about it.

couldn't pick up the food at the window we had to pull forward and sit and wait. Got a chicken sandwhich instead of the burger we ordered with all the wrong toppings

20 min late for a mobile order. No straws, had to wait even longer because yall forgot the custard. Do better. No apology nothing but attitude. No reason for me to have to come in for a curbside order that’s 20 min late and yall just have it sitting there. Cold fries and everything not fresh since yall couldn’t bring the order out. Do better. Chloe that works thee. Terrible attitude. Called to try and talk to a manager and the girl answered hello. So unprofessional.
