We are daily patrons and our order is usually ready when they see us pull in the lot. Great staff with upbeat personalities and friendly faces. We have locations closer to our home but these employees are unmatched and we prefer them over a more convenient location.

Do you make a practice in the drive thru not to put orders in a bag. And while handling. Food not where food service gloves. No hello, no thank you have a good one. I am more disturbed by the lack of sanitation.

So I show up with my kids this morning to get the beach bucket full of donuts not only are they charging $17.99 the Dunkin donuts next to golf drive only charges $13.99. The girl at the window was so rude and she's like well then go back there so that's what I did. I get good service there kind people and not nasty attitude. I just think it's crazy it's a $4 difference 5 minutes away from each other.

Gina the manager super Rude at this store called me back related to an issue with order in the morning , the receipt was not provided after payment, I called the 1-800 number and rep told me To go back to the store and get the receipt in order to get help, this manager calls me back and didn’t let me speak talking over me , accusing me of saying that she refused a receipt at the window etc , with a nasty tone of voice and screaming , I couldn’t believe this and I had the phone on speaker and my wife was able to hear this I told her she was disrespectful and I was not going to sit and listen to her speaking to me in that nasty tone and screaming at me as if I was her child. I hung up on her , I will not be returning to this store again and I have escalated this matter and she has no right to talk to customer like this. By the way the manager was screaming at the employees about receipts in front of lobby customers at the time I was getting my order today 7:35am
