Good sub sandwiches yet sorry they ran out of avocado that is standard on sandwich I ordered.

Best sub I've ever had. Better than a Publix sub!! The bread was perfectly soft. The meats and cheese are the best quality. I had vinegar on my sub which was also amazing. This place exceeded my expectations with their food and customer service. I will now be getting all of my subs from here! If you haven't tried this place yet you are missing out!

went out there for a quick sandwich during a break from work soft bread fresh ingredients i just got the complete wrong sandwich ordered a trauma alert and got a plain turkey and cheese. i called to let them know it was wrong and offered me a discount on next sandwich or go back in and get remade now when i could not. Not the best experience when trying something new. won’t be back i came in today

I absolutely love Hero Subs! The food is always quick, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Every time I order, I'm impressed by the quality and taste. The service is top-notch, and I never have to wait long for my food. If you're looking for a tasty, satisfying meal that's served fast, Hero Subs is definitely the place to go.

Not impressed. My sandwich had cold sauerkraut on it and the bread was wet and soggy. Also I think it was only grilled on one side. And the woman behind the counter was rude. Needless to say that’s the last time for us.

Had the Riot Club. Could be one of the best subs that I've ever had. Getting it Hero's Way is a must. The Signature Smoked Relish was excellent. Gave the atmosphere 5 stars because I love quaint eateries.

In town for Bikefest and found this shop. Great sandwiches. Turk and Tiffany were very friendly and did a job well done.

First time here today, very friendly folks!!!! Great conversation while they were making my absolutely amazing sub!!!!! I had the Trauma + jalapeños, and it was perfect!!!!! I will definitely be back!!

In august I visited Hero’s and was accidentally overcharged for my order by double. They said they would refund me and would have to charge me again with the correct amount. They did not print me out a receipt as the manager seemed rushed to leave.
About a week later, I went back in to the store inquiring about the refund because I hadn’t received it yet. The cashier, who had been very apologetic, said that her manager had to look into the transaction and they would contact me. I have had to follow up multiple times since and they tell me they either can’t find the transaction in their system or their POS partner says I wasn’t charged. All the while, the charge I was told was refunded is still on my credit card bill two weeks later. As well as the correct charge.
The people in charge of this place have not been helpful or understanding. The lady at the cashier seems sweet and wishes she could help and I appreciate that. Hopefully this gets resolved, in the meantime I will not be coming back. The food was fine though. It’s the service that is the problem.
