Drove 2 hours one way to go here for my Christmas present from my husband. I’ve been coming here for over a decade since it was in the toys are us plaza. I’ve never ever been disappointed and I am always beyond my expectations with every visit. I truly treasure this place and hope you all enjoy it too! This is the only sushi bar I will spend money at in the area. I knew Kazu when he was in his smaller restaurant. The location may have changed but the I can always count on the fish being fresh and the rolls being excellent. Kazu takes pride in his work and his restaurant. If you want the best this is where you find it. I can’t say enough good things about Kazu’s sushi. I have to stop in each time I’m in the area

The food and service was very good. Our server was polite and very helpful. Loved the tempura veggies & shrimp also had two rolls that were delicious. Parking is a bit more challenging downtown but worth the extra. I will be returning.

Came here after a terrible experience with dang good on main sushi. The sushi was so good, the staff were amazing and attended to my wife and I fast! Definitely would recommend as this place is an authentic experience and best I’ve tried in downtown new port richey so far!

Fantastic sushi here!! We’ve been between favorite sushi places, but I think we’ve (re)found one finally! We had been to Kazu’s when they were near Toys R Us, but it’s been YEARS and we didn’t realize they just moved! Lol. So I decided I wanted to go for my bday once we found out and I’m soo glad we did!! It was wonderful! We’ll definitely be back soon.
