Placed first time online order and proceeded to drive thru for pickup. I was told mobile orders must be picked up inside. Went inside and waited in line. My app then told me my order was ready for pickup. I was then told some confusing information about different types of chicken available, none of which related to my order? The attendant then asked another about substitutes who them told her no substitutions, I'm not doing that. Eventually I found out they never had my order ready, but ran out of all dark meat chicken. They had wings, breasts, etc, but they would not offer any substitutions and I would have to wait 20 minutes. During all of this time people using the drive thru were getting what fresh chicken they had until after waiting and being the last person was told we're out, you'll have to Wait 20 minutes. When though my online order told me it would be ready by the time I arrived and when inside it told me my order was ready. I wasted 30 minutes in total before I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I would never had placed the order if I knew this would be the outcome. It was between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. Did they not understand people would be ordering for dinner time? Poor management of food preparation, poor customer and deficient mobile app.

EVERY THING WE ORDERD WAS ON POINT.. ALL THE CHICKEN AND SIDES WERE FRESH AND HOT... OUR ORDER WAS FAST AND ERROR FREE.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GIVEN HERE.. OVERALL I GIVE THIS KFC LOCATION A9.5/10THANK YOU FOR THE POSSITIVE DINING EXPERIENCE. -DANIEL

Dinning area was falling apart holes in the wall of the dinning area booths wornout to the max . Bathroom need to be cleaned no a(renovation). Food was old and burnt like it was reheated. If you have ever reheated fried chicken you know the taste...All around gross ? never again. Oh, let's not forget the cashier that had a rbf the whole time she took out orders. Same cashier was smoking at the entrance as we were walking out... If zero was an option it would definitely have a zero. Must do better Port Richey!

What a terrible KFC, first I felt like I was over charged $12.29 for a 3 piece meal with no drink? Then the food wasn't good at all. And the make it a complete s4it hole I was accosted by a vagrant while eating and asked for money.

Should B a negative 5 stars!!! This is the worst KFC store I have ever been 2!!! & I have been there at least 10 different times & they never have the food that I'm trying 2 order!!! & If they do (which is 5% chance) they get the order wrong!!! & this time I ordered my food through the app @ 7:55pm & went 2 pick up my food & they didn't have any of it but marked it ready on their end!!! Then told me that they had a rush & gave my food away, & have already closed down the fryer at 8:30 which was 35 minutes after I made my order so there was nothing they can do!!! They had 1 item out of 7 things that I ordered and it wasn't even the whole item...... Just Fr**king DISGRACEFUL!!!
Way too expensive and they did not get the order right. Thank goodness I got some burritos at the same time. They were fine.

KFC, in general, has been going down-hill for a significant period of time. Accordingly, we Don’t really frequent KFC much. We try, on occasion, for old time sake. We dined at the Brooksville FL location a few days ago. It was unacceptable. Dried out everything! Was about done W/KFC!Figured we would try once more. Potential is always present. Stopped into the Port Richie (19) location on 11.19.23. We had been there a year ago and the food was amongst the best KFC we’d ever had. This occasion was no different. It was good ole time Kentucky Fried Chicken the way you’d expect it. The building left a lot to be desired - old, tired & dark. But, the food was great & the staff was fun. Good Job Crew! Management - y’all need to get your act together.

Cold nasty food! I got a potato bowl st lunch time that was cold! They said thier hot line wasn't turned on so nothing was warm. They offered to microwave it for me! GROSS. How long was the food sitting there cold? And they offer to microwave it? What about getting sick over spoiled food? And they are going to serve that to others!! NASTY!!
