Very disappointed, ordered 8 piece Original Meal, got home had 4 Thighs, NO BREASTS. Shoild have been 2 of each. $50.00 plus order, with other things we ordered. Guess we will have to pull chicken out of bucket to check at counter. So CHECK YOUR ORDERS HERE BEFORE LEAVING.....

Worst cashier she can’t stay focused disappears comes back gives out stuff like condiments then lets people skip buying refills homeless guy 29 minutes to order my food and I was first in line cashier today @12pm

One of the times I came here I ordered online and came an hour later so it'd be ready when I got there it was busy so I ended up waiting which is understandable when I got in the car and I checked my order I had a chicken sandwich missing so I went in and I politely let them know that it was missing and the guy at the counter looked at me I said I packed that order I know it was in there and he said oh I not saying you're lying or anything while yelling at me I just couldn't believe it that I just let it go and I said okay I'll check again and I just left in tears

The young lady at the counter was friendly, polite and helpful. Chicken was awesome! Double decker taco supreme was excellent! Dining room was clean. We don’t eat out often. Pleasant dining experience. We’ll be back.

Very disappointed. Never gets the order right. How you read the order back to me correctly but mess the whole order up still. Ask for mine thing and get the complete opposite. Food is old and cold. Never fresh. Biscuits hard as a rock can break a window with them.

Dinner was awful,chicken old,mash potatoes cold.ask for coldslaw and got macaroni,biscuits' were hard and cold ordered.apple bites they were cold.told staff he said they do not make them hot because it would burn people.they did not care how they seved the food.would never go back.we threw our in trash

Expensive but good,they no longer have $20 buckets of chicken,I paid 57.00 for a 16 piece bucket with 4 sides and biscuits also the new apple bites which by the way were delicious. The customer service guy was EXCELLENT. He was so friendly and spoke to me while I waited for the food.
