Leo & Joe's New Jersey Pizza and Restaurant

Guys, let me start by saying, I don't eat out muv anymore because I truly care about my health and my future, but I have certainly found the only restaurant I need. Pizza! This is actually authentic New Jersey style pizza, and everything is homemade.

Guys, I bit into the freshest baked garlic knot I have ever had today over at Leo and Joey's.
10 out of 10, you better believe this is the only place I'm going for Italian food from now on.

It was okay. I had two slices and my husband had lasagna. No garlic knots, just bread that was cold in the middle. Waitress was no one to write home about. She did take care of us but didn't seem like she enjoyed her job at all.

Having just came back from NY I can say this is as close to their Italian as any place I have been and a third the price. Their Creamy Italian dressing is the best. Great loaf of bread with each meal.

Food was alright can’t complain but it wasn’t anything crazy or special, the worst part was the staff who all hate their jobs and suck at customer service, the one eyed lady was rude from the get go all because we sat down and actually wanted to order to go because the atmosphere seemed hostile, we than while waiting for our pizza and knots to be made overheard racist comments about previous customers & the mohawk guy yellin at the only nice lady there i think her name was Denise because the mohawk guy yelled at her saying “DENISE YOU DIDNT TELL ME THERE WAS KNOTS WITH THE ORDER” in the ridest possible way then makes a slick comment to the workers in the back left by the microwaves saying “No, you really think i heard you with all this going on behind me?” In a very angry manner while over 10+ customers are in the store, boss of this place needs to put his workers in check, that was not acceptable.

A really good pie. My brother-in-law lives in the area, and order to couple for a party. I was impressed, and ordered another one to bring home.

Came here for dinner with my husband, OUTRAGED at the behavior I witnessed. Pizza guy inappropriately touching and whipping towels at multiple waitresses, could hear unbelievable sexually harassing comments the whole meal from where I was sitting. He slapped a waitress on the butt leaving a flour hand print, I felt so bad for the poor girl, she didn't even know. I pointed it out, she looked so embarrassed and tried wiping it off. I asked if she was okay, and why she doesn't speak up and stick up for herself, she looked scared, like she was about to cry, and said it was ok and she just really needed the job and money. Well it's NOT OKAY. This place should be reported!!

Ordered a pizza for pickup. It was Hawaiian add spinach and extra sauce. When picking up they were busy so I had high hopes. I didn't know to go right to the cash register as it seemed to be in the serving area so I tried to be respectful. I was cutoff by someone obviously busier than myself who went right to the register. My fault for not knowing the procedure. They were very busy so lessoned learned. I paid verified my order and upon inspection it was clearly obvious there was no extra sauce or their definition is way different than mine. I'd argue the pizza had zero sauce and it was like cheese bread and toppings. Maybe I insulted them or something, but I'll keep ordering from Slice of Life where they execute my pizza the way I like. Apologies if extra sauce was an unreasonable request, but I did say I would pay just like the other places i get pizza from that fulfill customer requests.

The food, the staff and service are great. We've ordered Pizza from Leo & Joe's on a weekly basis and it never disappoints. Always fresh and perfect. We've also have had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant and have no complaints. Their dinners are good portions and good quality food. Definitely a family fav

Their mussels are incredible. I take the leftover sauce home and use it on pizza. I come from South Carolina and plan around a stop at Leo & Joe’s

Fun little place for Italian food. It was a rainy evening in Florida so they were super busy with take out orders. Our food came out at a decent time and my fettuccine Alfredo was good. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal.

Excellent pizza every time….never disappointed. The staff are friendly and amusing….always walk out with a smile.
