It's probably not fair to say theres no vegan/veggie option in a steak house (although it might be a good idea - as we do go out to dinner with meat eaters!) so I am scoring only on the reports of my family whose steak was tiny for the price, overdone & one of the orders was wrong. Some of the staff were nice, keeping our drinks topped up (although the m'aitre d treated the early arrivers in the party as an inconvenience) & they offer a military discount.

Visited tonight after the NPR richey parade for a quick bite to eat. I had my family of 3. The host said one minute, came with manager he stated that his servers were at max capacity & that he was unsure how long it would be till they were able to get seated. Meanwhile my son & spouse went to wash hands, so I spoke with him regarding the situation decided to go elsewhere. As i left I noticed there was dirty tables, serves standing around laughing etc. Will not be returning to this location. Which is awful because they're is not a huge choice of good restaurants in NPR!

4 people $184 for dinner just for a 40 min wait on food and the steaks to hit the table cold and over cooked. The service was great other wise the waitress was great. But again the food was not up to par .very disappointed

Early dinner here, our steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, and our meals were all perfect. This location is always on the mark. But I highly suggest going early and avoiding the crowd.

My rib eye steak was tuff. I probably should have told the waitress but didn't. Brought most of it home. Couldn't cut it even with their good steak knife. Service was very good. Salad & potato very good.

Ww ordered 2 lunch specials, strawberry salad and French onion soup and a loaded baked potato. Bread was promptly brought out and it's so good however we waited quite awhile for our entree. The salad which also had a grilled chicken was very good, the soup was lukewarm at best. No potato. Server never checked on us. I finally was able to flag down the hostesses was told the manager would bring us new soup. That never happened, instead our soup was taken back and heated up which made the cheese just melt into it all, no broth just a mushy mess. We were served that with the potato. Needless to say it wasn't edible. We told the waitress, and when she brought the bill she said the manager took one meal off. This is the first time I have had a bad meal there. I have had less than stellar service before so that was no surprise.

My husband and I eat there weekly at lunchtime during the week. We have always had an amazing experience with Mykala. She is currently on maternity leave and our experiences have taken a downturn. Today, we were sat promptly. After 10 minutes, not one staff member had even stopped by to acknowledge we were there. We ended up leaving. We probably will not be back until (hopefully) Mykala returns for maternity leave.
