Absolutely extremely poor food and service I have been waiting in line for 15 minutes to get soggy cold fries and a burger that tastes like it was from yesterday and if Candice is one of these people's manager they really need to think about hiring somebody that has better customer service I have a video that I am sending to Corporation she was severely rude cocky and ignorant when I went through the drive-thru to try to get this problem fixed with finesse as shifts were switching over in George came on absolutely professional great customer service and handled my problem with absolute finesse

Order rib sandwich. It was very tasty, but it was a little messy. Unfortunately, at the pickup window, the young girl handed me the sandwich in a bag. She quickly walked away. When I opened the bag, I noticed that there were no napkins in the bag. I tried summoning her, but she never returned, so I left.

Me and family came to get our dinner tonight. Did curbside. The worker that brought it out to us aggressively shoves it at my partner and then says I need to get your drinks. So I figured maybe she had a rough customer. She came and brought our drinks shoved them at my partner again and my partner nicely says thank you. The worker says NOTHING. So I was like have a nice night kinda rudely cuz it was a horrible interaction and she FLIPPED ME OFF repeatedly! She apparently doesn’t need her job. No one was mean or rude to her in our interaction at first. It was a disgusting way to act to customers.

I only gave a one star for customer service because zero stars is not an option. Went through drive-thru. Had to sit at speaker for a minute or two before someone spoke.. There was only 1 other car in the other lane that had just finished their order. Drive-thru employee did not greet me. He just asked what I wanted to order. Went to pay and cashier did repeat my order. Went to next window and waited briefly. Employee opened window and asked what my order was. ????? Isn’t it supposed to be on the screen in their drive-thru area? Oh wait….. served it off to have “good” but inaccurate drive-thru times. Was asked to move to the next window to wait for my quarter pound sandwich and medium fry. No one was behind me in drive-thru. A few minutes later the window opened and was hand a bag that was grabbed in hand and open without care. No thank you for choosing McDonald’s. This location is almost always short staffed, not pleasant, and untrained.Most managers do not care about customer service or food accuracy or quality. I couldn’t finish eating my fries because I was gagging and the large amount of salt on them. Couldn’t eat my sandwich right away because I had to let my stomach settle down. Don’t normally have that kind of issue with salt. The bottom line that is cared about is drive-thru lines and labor costs. Moral, crew training, and quality of food just totally suck!! Forget about quality customer service! Hey store manager, great way to NOT get repeat customers!!!!! Yes I am a former McDonald’s employee, manager, but not at this location or one’s owned by the same people as this one!
P.S. I’m sad to say that I have seen a decline in food quality at McDonald’s and order accuracy but nothing like this location!

Restaurant was clean and they gave free refills
Wheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair accessible access which I really appreciate due to my mobility scooter.

The woman taking my order didn't speak English so she couldn't understand anything I was saying. She messed my order up 3x and had to have management fix it. She over charged me for my order cuz she couldn't understand what I was saying. She was extremely rude and did not apologize or anything about the mistakes. Instead she got an attitude. Slammed my food down and pushed it at me. They didn't do my rewards correctly so I didn't get my rewards points. The other staff member I asked to help me instead acted bothered by having to come help me. The entire staff was speaking Spanish and could not be understood. My coffee had no cream and sugar when I asked for extra. It was one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had, with zero care for their terrible service and horrible attitude.
Would not recommend this McDonald's take a few minutes and drive to a different one.

Me and my mother had went here to order breakfast and we had a lady with a purple shirt and mask the counter lady seemed very unpleasant towards my mom when we had said we ordered off the kiosk she had said with an attitude “yeah I know but what was your order? I have four orders here which one?” (Usually the kiosk will give you a receipt with your order number but our kiosk unfortunately did not so we wasn’t sure what number we had) and my mom had asked if we could have ketchup because she had just handed us the bag and she opened the bag and said exactly, “is this not enough for you?” The food is great, and I’m sure the other employees are very nice, I have a friend who works at this McDonald’s as well, but the service we had gotten wasn’t pleasant.

Lady at the counter, Pleasent. Ordered the $5 valu meal. Burger:(just average) Chicken nuggets: (nice size) and (temp. hot). Unfortunately the McDonald's "World Famous Fries) were only luke (heat lamp) warm, almost room temperature. Beverage: Kids meal (Happy Meal) size. Not even a regular size small. Kind of disappointing when they were selling "any size" beverage for $1.00 a year ago at this time. Dining room at drink station area, along with trash recepticals there get a zero star rating. Rubbish left at random tables, and drink station was covered in spilled soda, straw papers, actual straws, and lids. Including the floor in that area. Now it was after 2pm. (after lunch hour) when I was there. And customer traffic was minimal within the store, and through the drive-thru. And there seemed to be plenty of employee's working at this time. After seeing the shape of the dining room. I could only imagine what the restrooms looked like. Hey! And either keep your dining area hand sanitizers full and in working order, or take them out! I tried both. And both were either out of sanitizer, or just not operable. *Note: The one wall hand sanitizer (closest to the drink station) is being held closed by what looks like a ripped piece of napkin? Not a great experience here to say the least. One positive was the Guave & Cream dessert pie. Hot & Fresh! Had one dining there. And purchased another to go. Details...Details... Details... This is a direct reflection on location Franchisee, and store management. You have a phenomenal location there. And am assuming does a great daily, weekly, and monthly revenue. But I believe there is a need to reinvest in more training. Paying more attention to detail. Work ethic seems to be suffering here.
