Terrible night manager, they refuse to make mccrispy chicken after midnight. Go to the location on 52 they will take care of you and make anything for you after midnight.

I’m leaving a five star review only for the simple fact what led me to this review was me going inside from the Drive-through, but it ended satisfying 🙂 As I came inside with a whole big mess of order, that was a big misunderstanding From other staff that took the order originally from the speaker. please forgive me if this is incorrect (Soraya?) Approached, I explained what happened and she could see my frustration and she Was very kind and courteous I also feel she went above and beyond, trying to de-escalate the Situation And simply corrected it. Much appreciated! Five stars to you,

Kiosk never prints receipts. I've had managers and workers print them many times. This morning I asked the pregnant brown haired worker behind the counter to please print my kiosk receipt. Immediately said it can't be done. I've had it done many times because the kiosk never prints receipts so I told her it's been done. I've had it done on many occasions She told me it's untrue and called me a lier and just argued Major attitude . Telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. I will not be returning for breakfast at this location.

Man I get it’s McDonald’s but when I say hello at the drive thru window and get ignored that’s just a whole different level of disrespect. All that the worked said in the drive thru was “here you go”. If you don’t have customer service please do not work in a customer service job. Thank you.
