Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I decided to take the family out for some dinner
Not expecting anything special but I can say between the fantastic service from our server Steve and the great vibes the restaurant was giving off I can say it was really nice and made the meal a lot more enjoyable.
It was really nice to see the manager Allison stopped by and check on everything it ensures that the restaurant is putting the customers first I will definitely be back with my family again!!!!

Service was slow, food was dried out and cold. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and italain sausage. The sauce was shriveled up and hard. You could tell it was under the heat lamp. Trying to get the servers attention was impossible. I didn't bother eating it. I did tell her my complaints. But it didn't do me any good. She didn't care. I was not impressed food was terrible and so was the service.

The free bread sticks the sever said "fresh out of the oven" nope they were cold and rock solid. Their chicken fettuccine alfredo was so greasy that it was unbelievable. the prices are Insane, $10 for a kids meal. The real problem is their location, corrner. Surrounded with construction, all I heard while I was eating was the hammers and drills and the heavy mechanics. My grandmother had gotten the stomach flu from your grilled chicken.

Had the chicken and shrimp carbonara,salad and rum punch.

The salad tasted as if, it had been sitting. Lettuce was not crisp, onions, peppers all was soft.

Rum punch tasted, like club soda. I told person that made it as I was sitting at bar..she says it is the float of club soda, you have to mix it up" umm if are bartender that is your job..it was terrible.

Entree: the cream sauce tasted like a dry packet they mixed with water, the shrimp was not pilled before cooked,, so as eating kept getting outter shell. The chicken was terrible no taste at all..over all this dish had absolutely no seasonings at all..I could have made this dish better at home. Olive Garden has gone down..not even a good salad anymore..A total waste of my money.

We always enjoy coming here for birthdays or just any occasion. The atmosphere is really nice and very comfortable. The service is really well, the servers normally go out of their way to make sure you're experience is a good one. Definitely love the all you can eat soup and salad. All the food here is delicious.

It is Olive Garden, so if you like the food, which I do......then I highly recommend. Our server was pleasant and wait time was not long at all on a Saturday night when they were busy.

Came for a late lunch, there were two couples ahead of me. The hostess saw all of us. While she was seating one of the couples another older couple entered and shoved their way to the front. The hostess came back and just seated them ahead of those of us who had been waiting. She then seated the couple that had been waiting with me and took about five minutes to do it. When she finally came back to seat me I asked why she seated the couple that shoved ahead of us first and she acted like she was just seating whoever was closet to the podium. She then tried to seat me in the bar and as a woman alone I said I didn’t want to sit in the bar. She then told me there were no other tables. It was three pm on a Wednesday afternoon, it was not busy at all. Very poor practices.

Excellent food as always. Sever was above and beyond connected with us and kept the energy going. It was a busy day, and we had a large group, plus we saw at least 2 other large groups dining. Service was still timely, and though a few things straggled, nothing was left out. All the kids were happy at the end so it's a win for me.
