Drive through is very hit or miss because of the style of food served. They should be moving cars with long orders out of the way for those who ordered ahead. It's very inefficient the current way.

I placed an order at this location yesterday after calling and making sure they had the bread bowl, and after getting the confirmation that my food was ready to be picked up, we went to pick up the items and the person behind the counter informed us that they went into our bag that was ready, and sold our food to the lady who walked out the door before us. I was unaware that they are allowed to take food back out of already packaged meals and sell it to sell someone else. I personally will never order online again and don't recommend it because even though it said it was ready and for me to pick it up, she informed me she gave my food to someone else.

Nice people , food was good, but spoons and forks weren't clean well. We sat down, waiting to be called, and they never called us, people was standing to confirm about orders being on the counter. I have been to other Panera and never had that problem.

used to love this place in St Louis. "ST Louis Bread Company" wow it has gone down hill Zero stars, ordered a Frnch dip sandwich in the drive thru waited 12 minutes they then say its going be longer. "TELL PEOPLE UP FRONT ITS NOT NORMAL TO BE IN A DRIVE THRU FOR UP TO 20 MINUTES" I also requested a extra Au Jus they said it would be almost 7$. I told them please give me my money back 5 more minutes, ask speak to a manager, you need to come inside. Do not ever go this location

Now that I'm mostly keto and cutting out carbohydrates (bread), I no longer frequent Panera Bread. My carbs spike just saying the name.😃 My wife and I shared a bowl of chili and that new dip sandwich. I've always loved the chili, and the new sandwich was not bad... Its Panera, so if you like Panera, you will like this Panera location. 😋 Enjoy

I ordered a Toasted Frontera chicken sandwich and got something completely different. I opened it to inspect my mystery food and found moldy avocado. I don't know why but the management does not seem to be focused on quality or cleanliness. Avoid this place for now!
