Papa Johns Pizza

I've ordered probably a couple dozen pizzas here the past year. Every experience was pleasant, and the pies were great every time 👍

We placed an order for a pizza and some garlic knots and the garlic knots were burnt and hard we always order from this place and understand mistakes happen but upon calling to see if we could just get another order of the same item the lady that answered the phone was very unhelpful and rude said there was nothing she could do and that the way they looked in my order was the way they always looked which we know it's not true. she then said she could make another order but they were going to look the same as the ones in the photos and that she knows they didn't burn anything. If this is the new standard then we won't be ordering anymore from this place.

If you want the wrong pizza delivered, an 11 minute hold to even talk to someone bc they throw you on hold right away then hung up on bf you can even ask for plates and napkins which should be a given to a hotel room delivery then order here. Have not had one issue with the SR52 or SR54 store.

Jason the manger on nights is so helpful. Doordash has taken over for their delivery after 8pm, and when it was used to delivery our food, the doordash driver only wanted $20 in tip because he didn't have any change .he the took the order out of my hands mid coversation and when back to his car . When calling the store, the manager was so helpful and kind, I highly recommend the store. He corrected the issue quickly.

Stopped in here tonight for a garlic stuffed crust cheese pizza and it was seriously the best pizza I've ever had! Thanks Justin & Michelle! Appreciate the great service and yummy pizza 🍕

Ordered from this Papa Johns a few times now and the attitude of the drivers is awesome. Pizza’s come out great and hit my taste buds better than Pizza Hut and Domino’s. Delivery times for me have also been insanely fast.

We had a major mishap with door dash, which we did not request as we ordered directly from the store. Brittany at the store went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and her customer service is exemplary, to say the least. The door dash driver assigned to the order never even delivered our order but Brittany made sure we got our food in a timely fashion. If I could give this location 10 stars I would. The food was delicious, BTW. Highly recommend minus the door dash bs. Save the Papa John's delivery drivers!!!!!

This restaurant is confused after 8. Pickup notes specifically say pickup at counter. Yet you get to door and you have 2 separate messages 1. Ring bell after 10:00. 2. Use drive-thru after 8:00.

Following delivery note and seeing 2 employees eating I ring bell. Watch myself get ignored minute or so. Ring bell again 3 more times over next 3-5 minutes. For guy to get up walk to door, and exaggeratedly point at drive-thru window. Ignores and walks away.

Couldn't hand me the order. Too busy doing absolutely nothing.

Hands down absolutely the best location if you're looking for fresh and tasty pizza at a great price! I put an order in after deciding Papa John's for lunch. This business absolutely ate and left no crumbs! Pun intended! Extremely satisfied with the quality of food and customer service! This is my now go to location for pizza. A big thank you to the team that prepared this delicious meal. You can tell they care about their job when the quality is this good!! Also credit to the delivery driver who got our food to us quickly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, it seems we have a communication issue here. I keep ordering bacon and I keep getting Canadian bacon. If we wanted ham we would order ham. I chalked it up as a mistake the first time. This time I'm upset. I'm sure you won't miss the 5 or 6 pizzas I order every month. But it's the principle. Oh yeah, they didn't cook it well done either. It's like they didn't read the order. Seems someone was too busy flirting.
