Does anyone know if the place got rebuilt after the last Hurricane because the Food is excellent and is mostly for take out and enjoy at home or in the park. Food definitely makes up for the lack of atmosphere.

I highly recommend Philly 40 in Port Richey, Florida. The staff is fantastic, and owner Nico is deeply involved in our community. Their Philly cheesesteaks are amazing, with soft bread, big flavors, and made to order. My personal favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Philly—it hits all the right buttons! Can’t wait to check out their Friday Jams!

Plain and simple I regret my purchase and most definitely will never go back. I asked for my wings to be fried crispy and they were not. They were so soft as if they'd been boiled and then sauced. Needless to say I took one bite before realizing what was coming from the wings. I looked for the nearest gas station parking lot that I could find for a trash can. I pulled in and put these wings right where they belonged!! Concerning the customer service, the woman that answered the phone when I placed the order was very pleasant, patient and professional. The guy whom I believe is the owner did not come off the same way when I picked up my food. Although his demeanor wasn't blatant he did have a undertone of rudeness but I was able to brush past that and kept it moving. Bottom line: wouldn't recommend.

My husband, kids, and I went here for the first time last night and absolutely loved it. The food was amazing and the people are so nice. We really originally went to see my friend Lonny perform, but was so happy with the everything from the night. I kinda wish that it wasn’t right on 19 pretty much, however, they really try to make it comfortable and that’s obvious. Definitely 5 star.

Best Philly I’ve ever had. Had the Philly 40 twice just this week. Every time food is delicious. Everything from the ingredients to the service to the owner. All top tier. If you haven’t been yet you are missing out. I’ll be back again.
