It makes it so much better speaking to someone who can be kind and take my order it. I was able to order quick for my kids while I pulled a double at work. Walked in to pick up an order and nobody came to the counter after almost 15 minutes of waiting. I had tried to speak up and ask if someone could help me and called out hello a couple of times and was ignored. Finally someone comes up and says “I’m by myself”. So apparently they can ignore walk in customers than right? Do better Pizza Hut

Ordered my favorite pizza 🍕 Got to location 6666 Ridge rd Port Richey Fl When I got to location the manager Stephanie greeted me and explained that the oven was having issues She said she was going to run it through the oven once more, I agreed Unfortunately oven didn’t work. She was so sweet after several customers were just awful to her. She deserves a raise!

I’ve given Pizza Hut multiple chances and it hasn’t improved. Not sure the point of the tracker when it’s not accurate. This last time, tracker showed delivery to be a full hour before it finally showed up. We waited 90 minutes for cold pizza and attitude from the manager (when we called to see what was going on). We paid too much money for subpar food and below par delivery.

Ordered pizza at 7:20pm It said it would take 40 minutes. App said pizza was ready. Got to the store at 8:11 and food wasn't ready that they were just starting to make it.
Don't have the app say it's ready if it's not. I don't care how long it takes but I don't wanna show up and you are just starting to make it. That's ignorant. Do better.

After ordering a pizza, cinnamon sticks and bread sticks with this pizza at 6666 ridge road port richey order number 539228 I called after an hour and 15 min of waiting for my order also waited on the phone for 30 min and they hung up the phone after not being able to find my order several calls later the manager was very rude and said I must call the store which that was the number provided finally got a cold pizza.. I want a refund am going to complain. To corporate
Had a iffy experience with delivery from door dash. Them ppl suck. But Instead of acting like a crazy woman I went to the store and talked to the staff. They was all nice to me prolly cause I was nice to them. But all in all pleased 😁

The pizza here is never fully cooked. I can't figure out if you guys are pushing the orders through or pulling them out before they're done but its gross. I order the pizza so I don't have to cook, not so I have to bring it home and fire up the oven. Customer service is a joke. I worked at one in college so I get being a big family and talking with coworkers but we also did our jobs. This team is really lacking the basics. Your managers included.
