I ordered online. My pizza had the correct toppings but the dough I guess bubbled up during baking and 3 of the pieces had nothing on them. I wouldn’t have served that pizza. I would have gladly waited longer for a new one. Instead I was swerved a pizza that was missing toppings. I didn’t bother to call and complain based on the customer service when I went in for pick up. I wasn’t acknowledged at all upon entry no “hello” “welcome in” “picking up?” Nothing. Needless to say I won’t be going to dominos anytime soon.

I want to start off saying the man I spoke too over the phone Gabriel is Amazing. He was extremely polite and helpful. He worked with me in getting me a deal for a simple carryout pizza. I was at first wanted to delivery and I was out of there delivery zone. I had to call another store. Where the lady anwseed the phone extremely rude and was very unhelpful and tried to charge me 33 bucks for one pizza. The same pizza I got for much less at this store. He is the reason I will continue using pizza hut. This day and age the hard earned dollar has to go further then it does unfortunately. 33 bucks for one large 3 topping pizza with delivery is extremely over priced and ridiculous. Thank you Gabriel for your kind polite helpful customer service. Pizza hut should take note and pass this along to other stores and employees. I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the little kind things that usually get overlooked. From one very happy hangry customer..you came through in a clutch I will getting my butt up and doing carryout and using this store from now.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is an absolute joke! I used to love Pizza Hut for the BBQ brisket pizza! I placed an order for pick up on my way home from the beach. I noticed I didn’t get an option for Bbq brisket on the deal I selected. I don’t mind paying more for it. I called the store, spoke with a staff member who wasn’t very friendly. She placed me on hold and then told me her supervisor said to cancel my order and reorder it. I still won’t have that option. I attempted to, however you cannot cancel the order either! I called the store back to be sent to a call center, this went on for about 25 minutes! I finally show up at the store for Sabrina to inform my husband that they turned the phones off and were no longer taking calls at 9:30PM! I was going to just have the bbq beef added to said pizza but with the complete rudeness of the staff, and the way the entire order was handled, I left empty handed. Sabrina also informed us that it was due to improperly ordering. I don’t disagree but if there isn’t an option on the app 🤷🏻♀️ I attempted to correct it by phone and in person but that never happened.
Might I suggest going to Papa John’s from now on? At least they are friendlier and know how to treat customers!

manager spotted out front grabbing some suspicious bag from dark car and walked in smelling like weed happened about a week ago and food was ice cold when i received it i will not be back!!

Multiple time have I gotten my delivery about 40 minutes past what was said, constantly waiting 2 hours for food from this place is horrible. Not ordering again. I’m done with this place
Went to the one on ridge road, total disaster from the get-go. Waited almost 4 minutes they were in the back talking and laughing. Delivery guy noticed and told me he will get them for me. A guy yells out from the back I'll be up in a minute.... I was coming back to pick up my pizza... A short girl with blonde hair and glasses came from the back just looked at me blankly and said do you know what you ordered? Kind of shocked me a little bit and I said I think it's better if you know what I ordered????? She finally found my order from a half hour ago before that, puts it on the top of the counter... I asked her for some pocket seasonings she looked at me and said we don't have any.. very ignorant, I looked at her to say goodbye, she just blankly stared at the door.... I said well, I hope you have a nice night too, she didn't say one word just stared out the door,🙄

I’ve always ordered from this location. Not sure what happened but this location is horrible. Received someone else’s order. Tried to catch driver before she left. Called store right away. They don’t answer and call rolls to a call center. I was told I needed to try the local store again. Kept calling, rolled to call center every time. Call center said they’d put in a new order and it’d be here in 20. It never came and the store is closed now.

Store employees rude and disrespectful. I deliver for door dash. The employees told me the food would be ready in 6 minutes. I had to wait 20 minutes to get the food. Now I have been written up for a late delivery which was not my fault and have never been late before.
