The first time I had ordered through the DoorDash delivery app and my pizza was just not good, and I took it back to the store directly the next day and showed the manager and he gave me a store credit for the money I had spent in the app. I went back in the following week and got a large super supreme pan pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Perfect amount of ingredients this time, hot and fresh, and the dough had risen the proper amount of time as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they really made up for The first pizza with very little toppings and a bad experience through a delivery company.

The people here are so pleasant and always get it as we order HOWEVER tonight some service center answered and they were miserable and nasty. This person does not like their job. I'm very nice to people working in service positions but she was terrible "Do you want to order?" You guys almost lost our business over this tonight. My husband said I will call one more time and if I get them again we aren't calling back. someone please talk to this lady even her greeting when she answered was angry and mean. this is not how YOU guys do business, when I get your store everyone is nice and pleasant. That person is not the right one to represent you.

Order wrong on the first delivery. Called to correct the issue. The person that answered at the location was nice and respectful. Order re-delivered and it was wrong again. Wasted $58. High level of incompetency. Will not be ordering pizza hut again.There was a reason I stop getting pizza hut a year ago. This place reminded me why I stop eating pizza hut. TRASH!

When I order for delivery I expect a Pizza Hut driver with a hot bag to bring my pizza. Not a DoorDash driver. Lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t care at all about her job. Didn’t speak clearly or loud enough. I said “What” more times than Stone Cold Steve Austin did in the attitude era of WWE. Ill stick with Papa John’s. Do better

The order was completely disgusting. My simple pan pepperoni pizza was slop, the crew member couldn't be bothered with idk cooking it thoroughly or even coming to the counter. Stood there for almost 8 minutes waiting for him while no one else was in the building at 4pm on an afternoon. So this crew member couldn't make a pizza or do his job, odd. I would want a refund but is it worth it for yet another slop pizza from here? As a former employee of PH from the 90s. PH has gone so far downhill and their employees are just worthless.

I recently placed a delivery order for a pizza, and unfortunately they had sent one with the wrong toppings. Mistakes happen though, that’s no problem, so I called the store and spoke with a gentleman on the phone. He was polite and helpful, and had a new pizza on the way that matched the order. Everything was delicious and I’m very appreciative of their service, it was excellent and staff was friendly. Thanks so much!

Don't waste your time and money. They sent the wrong order, but didn't want to answer the phone when I called to get it corrected. I spent 30 minutes trying to get in touch with someone before giving up. Terrible, terrible place.
