Ordered 2 lbs of crab legs . Crab meat was cold . Crunchy brussels sprouts had way to much syrup on them to the point they were gooey .Our waitress never came back to check on us . ( our drinks was empty) the restaurant was rather empty. This is the second time I’ve had the same service and food quality . This was my final attempt in believing this place could do better .

I am sad that Red Lobster has seen its Better Days. I was there today for lunch around 1:00 it looked like there was only one server on the floor his name was Ryan. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms which were okay and the choose three shrimp the shrimp scampi recipe is not the same. the shrimp were super overcooked I sent them back and they came back out still overcooked. The shrimp and scallops were all overcooked also and there was no parmesan cheese on the top. I just hate to see what's happened to this chain this is always been my favorite restaurant. And now I just have to use up my gift cards before they close. I am ?

Food was great and our waitress Olivia was amazing !
The host Halee was incredibly sweet, she greeted us with a smile as we entered and got us seated really quickly. The food was delicious as always, my partner and I had their infamous biscuits and the lobster linguine WAS TO DIE FOR!! Definitely coming back again!

I had Olivia as a server and she was amazing. I have not been to red lobster in awhile and I will be going back soon and requesting Olivia as my server. Olivia has a sweet personality and quick service.

My family and I went to dinner at the Port Richey Red Lobster and our experience was phenomenal! Olivia was our server and she was attentive, friendly, and knew the menu front and back. Always made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back and we will request Olivia again
