By far the absolute worst sonic to exist. Half the screens in the stalls don’t work. Trash is everywhere every time I go. Employees are super slow and take FOREVER to deliver food. Place should just shut down.

The service was great. Took my daughter here because she wanted a hotdog, and this seems to be the only fast food restaurant that has hot dogs in this area. Don't waste your time or money. The food is very greasy and tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. Not woth the price, we were disappointed.

Two days in a row my family got burgers that weren’t cooked all the way. First was on 11/14 went through got a combo, waited 10 min past the time it was supposed to be ready, get home and it’s cold and not cooked all the way. Next day my daughter went , same thing. Shouldn’t be waiting 20 plus minutes for cold uncooked food. Maybe if Britney would go inside and actually manage her employees instead of sitting outside while rubbing some co workers back for 20 min.

Most of the card readers do not work. It is posted fresh everytime- however my crispy tater tots were cold and quite stale. When I got them remade just holding the box was hot, now that is fresh! Sadly it wasn't fresh the first time.

I’m really disappointed. I ordered the “Chocolate Chunk Blast,” expecting a chocolate-filled treat, but what I got was just a vanilla shake. I even paid extra for an additional chocolate topping, hoping for more chocolate flavor. When I politely asked the staff to double-check and add some chocolate, I was told that they had already added the chocolate chunks. However, the shake remained vanilla all the way through, even after I scooped down to the bottom.
The only solution offered was for me to purchase more chocolate or brownies, but unfortunately, the manager declined to do anything further. As a regular customer, I expected better service and quality, especially for something as simple as a chocolate shake. If you’re a chocolate lover, I’d recommend trying another place. This was not what I expected when I ordered a “Chocolate Chunk” treat
Update: went to Culver’s right down the road and got a Chocolate concrete with Oreo. Less money and actually full of chunks and chocolate 🤷🏽♀️

I really enjoyed the sonic on ridge,it's been a long time since I've been to a sonic,the only thing that surprises me,which it shouldn't,is the prices,two large chili cheese tater tots,a foot long hot dog and a burger,$30.00 it's really good but for that much I could have fed 4 adults grilled hamburgers with tater tots and had leftovers lol

This little restaurant has great services and great cooks! I've stopped in there a couple of times in the last 2 years and had no complaints, but nothing to write home about. But the commercials for their "smash burgers" I had to check it out. OMG! It's better than any other restaurant that has them on the menu. It's beyond good, and, let me warn you, it's addictive! I know this review is about Sonic, but it's also a place for food. Yep! Good! Smash burgers are GREAT! The cooks and other staff are exceptional! I should have taken a picture so you can see why I think it's so yummy! Great job Sonic on Ridge Road in Port Richey! As an added note their other menu items are very good as well. Their chili, tater tots, corn dogs, footlong hot dogs, etc! Not even mention their extensive drink menu; floats, shakes, slashes This review could be a novel. Don't deny yourself a quick and delicious meal!

Kid-friendliness: Kids would enjoy this plus they have tables so you can get them out of the car. It's also where you have a wait staff
Placed an online order for 1:50 pickup, no one would acknowledge me until 2:20. They will not give me a refund and tried to give me 30 minute old cold food. It’s 2:25 and they won’t bring my food! Josh is the manager, great job

It's a drive in, staff on skates which is cool, but I don't do fast food. Food is not healthy to me so I never go. Hamburger and hot dogs. It's cheap.
