we arrived at 10:17 pm to come through the drive thru to order ice cream. we were the first car in line and someone greeted us and said we will be right with you and we waited until 10:34 pm for someone to talk to us just for them to say we didnt know you were in the drive thru because it wasnt centering your car anymore so next time that happens you need to come to a stall or pull to the window. it shouldnt have even happened in the first place! its not my fault theres no communication and how was i supposed to know to do that? ridiculous.
Drive thru is not good. I ordered 2 milk shakes and truly sat in line for over 6 minutes with 1 car in front of me. What a drive thru🫤

Ordered a meal for my son and I, totaling about $40, left $45. I ordered a double bacon double burger combo. Literally had half a piece of bacon (crumbled) all hidden on the burger…. with a soggy bun. I asked for a full refund , not a replacement, because I don’t do that at places due to disgruntled fast food employees. Speaking of. Some guy walks out, takes my side and my drink away from me and says that he has to take it because he has to refund the whole meal. Had an attitude like he wanted to get physical or something. This place is trash. One of the worst Sonic locations I’ve ever been to.

First I'd like to start by saying I am a DoorDasher I arrived there for a order for a Carlos around 12:11pm They were telling all the customers to go threw the drive thru and all the doordasher and other delivery drivers to park at the stalls there were serving all the drive thru customers before us even the ones that came way after us had me waiting for over 15 minutes and when I buzzed back on the thing the girl came back with a major attitude saying they close in 30 minutes they are trying to clean stuff up after that I decided to drop the order they treat there doordashers poorly at this location.
