I’ve been coming to this location for about a week now because it’s local, but 9/10 they make something that is gross or incorrect. The double smoked bacon sandwich is always gross and just straight fat or strips that are cooked on a burnt source and they undercook it. I would also say that there is probably one singular employee that can correctly make coffee and frappes as ordered. It’s very disappointing when every time we go, there is 4 of us and it totals out to $50 for something that is disgusting. If you work at a coffee shop learn how to make coffee and pastries correctly, and obviously there needs to be some more training going on in the facility.

I'm not sure what goes on at this place but it's three times now we're a simple order got messed up it's either hot it's not a latte or not enough pumps it's ridiculous you think what the money they charge they could get it right and what really bothered me is the one time I came in and said my coffee was cold she gave me an attitude like it was my fault

Why would a business advertise a holiday drink and then not have the ingredients to make it? Eggnog is being sold in stores now. After waiting in a super long line, I was told they didn't have the eggnog to make a latte.

TASTE LIKE PLASTIC: Ordered a Venti Hot Carmel Macchiato Paid 6.37 (tax included). Took one sip of the coffee it and poured it out the window. The coffee tasted like the nasty cheap plastic covers that they are now using. STOP AND SMELL THAT PLASTIC LID and you will know what I am talking about. Why the heck would they want to ruin their product to save 2 cents? We need to start standing up to these wrong doings. Don't you think it's time we start pushing back at these large CORP places and force them to start doing things right and treat us like we should be treated (as their pay checks). This is ridiculous. I will go somewhere else for my coffee. To many other good coffee shops around or I will simply make my own. DOWN WITH STARBUCKS!!!!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN

Starbucks has a new policy: If you do not give them no $$$, you will not get any water. If you cannot afford to give Clients water, it's time for The CEO to start shutting down Starbucks' Franchises. They said the world is coming to an End. This among other things is just the beginning.
