This location does not live up to Starbucks' standards. They are rude, abrupt, and do not craft the drinks well. I have given them several opportunities and they have failed every time. I will now drive past them to the next location a few miles down the road. They must do better!
Dietary restrictions: They argue when you state you have allergies to their whipped cream ingredients, as the syrup they use is not always kosher and I have a pork allergy.

The person at the window interrupted every time we said something. It's our third time going to this location and it's not been a great experience any time, either due to aforementioned interrupting, poorly made drinks, or arguing about scraping off whipped cream when the drink was ordered without to start.
We will drive further and go to the one at Gulf Blvd going forward. 3 strikes and you're out.

TOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE FOR BEING SERVED GARBAGE. Save your money for a month and purchase your VERY own espresso machine with a steamer, a whole bean grinder, and you can purchase your VERY own, Italian coffee, Brazilian, Cuban or whatever you prefer and make it for a fraction of what they have the audacity to charge an outrageous price. A coffee and breakfast cookie and you can't get out of there UNDER $10.Bucks. Multiply that by 30 days OMG, $300.00 bucks. For that kind of money you'll find a nice complete automatic quality Espresso machine with enough left over to include your favorite coffee flavor available out on the web. One Lb. of coffee for under $10.bucks which will make you MANY cups of your favorite roast flavor.
The guy at the window/on drive through orders was very rude. i just went through 11/11 at 9:30am and he started off with "what food do you want " and i said goodmorning non food just a drink and he said "okay what drink " i thought it would get better at the window but no. He had a tattoo on his arm that's all i saw ... but very rude

While I personally feel the brand of Starbucks has gone down in recent times, the staff at this shop are great! I’ve seen how busy it can get and the line disappears pretty quickly! Staff is doing a great job and from what I’ve experienced they are always sweet and very willing to quickly fix any mixups that may have been made. In general however the administrative decisions Starbucks has been making as a company I feel are what is ruining it!

Today 11/2/24. Whatever female working the drive-thru speaker around 915 am. is very rude. I order 2 coffees & a cup of ice so I don't burn myself from the hot coffee. I pull up to the window to pay. A guy hands me the 1st cup of coffee that is dripping. Then, the 2nd cup is also dripping. Why did you think it's ok to hand me 2 cups dripping with burning hot coffee beats me? I asked for napkins, OH, yeah, sure. Like I'm a bother. Why didn't you wipe them off before handing me them? Then I start to pull away, the coffee sloshing around out of the cup, and now it is all over my leg, and my passengers lap. Along with my car. The coffee was filled so far to the top we both had to pour out more so I could put a bit of ice in it. All while burning ourselves because! It had to be filled to the very top, and you gave me 5 thin napkins to clean up the mess you handed me. Thanks! I appreciate cleaning up coffee in my 7 mth old car. It does stain, BTW.

Ordered a double shot of espresso from Starbucks today and this is what they gave me, one shot. So just know that they calibrate their machines to pour 1 shot of espresso and call it a double. This is not a knock on the location but the company as a whole. They are quite literally ripping people off, calling their drinks hand crafted however nothing is handcrafted unless you call shaking the cups after pouring everything into a cup hand crafted. Calling it a double shot and only pouring a single a shot, some would claim as false advertising. I think I’m finally done with this “coffee house.”

If you only have 2 people who ordered inside why are they making every mobile order before handling the customers that are there waiting, I shouldn't have to wait 25 min when only 2 customers are inside waiting watching u make everything for people that aren't here! Most annoying thing, then wonder why yall don't get tipped!
