Have been a regular for 10+ years, the last 6 months have been terrible to the point I am no longer a regular. If you like watery espresso in your drinks and scalded milk in your lattes, this is your place.

Each time I have been to this location, Kaleb is always in such a pleasant mood and really showing the true meaning of the Starbucks experience. He is always greeting customers with a smile, connecting with others and has no problem making you feel that you are welcomed. If anyone is deserving of a shoutout, it’s him. He truly is one of if not the best workers there. Thank you for always making me and other customers feel appreciated, it’s awful when someone wants to write a nasty review all because they don’t have anything better else to do.

This one always figures out how to really mess up your food and day. Today I made a 35$ order that included two lemon loaf slices and a cake pop, the cake pop was crushed and the lemon loaf was placed carelessly in the bag upside down, the frosting got stuck to the bottom of the bag and both pieces broke into a ton of messy pieces upon trying to remove them, with the best part stuck to the bottom of course. The last time I came to this location ka’leb put hot items ONTOP of my cake pops so of course they were melted garbage and the bag was a mess.

I’ve completely given up on this Starbucks. My final straw was the drive-thru girl Jillian. She practically threw my drink and food at me in the drive-thru. I understand you have times you have to meet but lacking the human decency to HAND your customer their food should be the bare minimum. The staff on the inside are rude and unmotivated. The drinks are never consistent. I order the same thing every time I go but it somehow is never the same. There’s other coffee places down the road, save your time and your money.

This place is always disappointing, the staff is rude and unfriendly. Them seem to go out of their way to not look at you, ignore you, and half the time won’t even hand you your drink put place it on the drive thru metal ledge. It’s sad, I’ll go to dunkin where the coffee is half priced and at least it’s decent. I order the same coffee everyday and everytime it’s different or old. Sick of wasting time getting it remade or the smirks and rudeness of the staff.

I received the warmest welcome when I walked in to this location today from Jen. Melody took my order and was the sweetest! I’ll be back simply for the excellent customer service. Yummy Shaken Espresso ?

Worst location in all of Tampa Bay. Do not stop here unless you have half an hour to waste waiting on a sub par drink that will probably not even be what you ordered. You'll give up on trying to get their attention for a correction and end up leaving. Probably more satisfying tossing $20 out the window as you drive by.

Don’t plan ahead what you expect to order—they will be out. Every time I go, they are out of something. Whoever does the ordering here sucks at their job. Also, a lot of the girls there use pet names like “baby” and “honey” to my man, which I find super unprofessional. You get his name. That or “sir” would suffice, thanks.

I haven't even gotten my coffee yet cause I'm sitting in a longgggg line. However, Jen who took our order over the machine greeted us with so much energy and kindness that it doesn't even matter if the coffee sucks or the line takes 30 minutes! Thanks Jen!
