In my opinion! I like the old steak and shake, (before covid)! The location near me had the best staff! Now I place my own order (which sometimes is nice) and have to scan my receipt to get my drink!? I guess I'm old school!?

It may just be a meal but the atmosphere and vibes are amazing. They tie the whole experience together. The staff always greets everyone that comes in, and will occasionally walk the dining area to check in with people. If you have the time, definitely dine in instead of carry out or drive thru.
