Ordered from the wrong subway, so they waited to make my order. My wife gets it a certain way so I had them wait to make it until I got there. As I’m giving instructions she does it completely different. I said vinegar then oil and vinegar again, she starts with oil and puts way too much on and a little vinegar. Then gets annoyed when I ask for more vinegar. Of course she doesn’t like it and I go back in and ask if they’ll remake it, she says I followed what you asked so no. I go you didn’t follow what I asked by any means, and she says sorry. Not sure if the Indian woman is the manager, but she sucks and we have soggy sub that we didn’t want. Then I proceed to go in to throw the sub away and ask for corporate number and she tells me to google it.

I always went to this subway even though turnover was often..after tonight sorry to say I won't be back after at least 6 years or more girls were nice enough but sub/flat bread sandwich was awful nothing seriously on it ..I know times are tough for everyone but to go out and spend money like that for a sandwich is insane smh
I have been visiting this subway for years and I never had a problem. I dont know if they have new owners or new management. I order the exact same sandwich every time. I get down to the toppings and the lettuce was brown and they told me its summer thats how lettuce is during the summer. She gets a new bag and its fine. I get home to enjoy my lunch and my bread is stale. So disappointed $16 lunch wasted.

False advertisement on prices. Meal of the day sign is up but was charged 7 extra dollars and was told by the employee it's the cheap owners fault and others have complained but the meal of the day sign is still displayed on menu board and on the door. Will never return to this store to spend any of my hard earned money. I'll be back Tuesday to talk to this cheap owner and explain how false advertisement works. Don't go here1/10

Absolute worst customer service. Employee rather play on their phone then do their job. Then does half ass and gets mad at you when they mess up. The attitude and disrespect from the girl working was absolutely disgusting
I come to the subway often and have never had an issue. Tonight I come in here and there’s two young girls that were not friendly at all. Threw My Food together and had a very nasty attitude the whole time. My chicken was completely cold. It appears to me that maybe the girl making the food was so nasty because the other girl was hanging in the lobby with her friends, but regardless, it is not a good look on the business. Service is not the same there anymore.

I ordered a roast beef foot-long online. I asked for a little bit of oil and a little bit of vinegar. It’s been drenched in oil and vinegar and soggy. There’s only one slice of roast beef in this sandwich. Unreal. I’ll take my happy ass to Publix from now on

I go out of my way to come to this Subway. The food is always fresh and they make the subs correctly. The manager Megan is super friendly and fast.
