Food was impeccable. Best subs we've ever had from a subway. 6 year old approved. Had a mishap with my card and Cindy made sure I was taking care of. Not even from the area but will stop in next time I am. Again thanks so much Cindy!

I went in with my friend to get lunch after a long day and was greeted with some girl who had no personality whatsoever , that’s fine i ignored it and ordered my food we dined in half way through our meal my friend felt a bug in his HAIR!! a grasshoppers leg FELL ONTO THE FLOOR and next thing we know we see it on our table near our food. We got up SHOCKED and DISGUSTED and had the workers and the OWNER stare at us like we’re crazy? ITS A BUG ON OUR TABLE AND IN MY FRIENDS HAIR??? never coming back. honestly sad because i love subway but im just way to grossed out. never eat at this location!

Skip this place and the churros the one I was given was old and chewy when I approached the lady told me they were best fresh, I suppose I should’ve ordered it days ago.

Only issue was with the pretzel, extremely rubbery. Very hard to chew, most definitely very old! Jaw hurt so bad from trying to chew the pretzel, very difficult to eat my delicious cheesesteak sub. We order on the app and it's always the same sweet girl who does such a great job at making our subs exactly how we want em! Cookie was very good as always too!

once again they screwed up my order, i ordered a foot long steak and cheese using their app, withextra provolone cheeseextra mayoextra black pepperextra saltextra parm cheesecut in fourthsreceived very little steak, no provolone cheese, no mayo, no black pepper, no salt, no parm cheese, did not cut it in fourths.what really tee's me off, i even gave the young lady a $2.00 tipalso ordered a foot long veggie sub for my wife with the works with more onions, salt, pepper, parm cheese, received no onions, no salt, no pepper, no parm cheese.this is like the 3rd or 4th time.

Very nice ladies that work here at this location in the home Depot plaza on US19. My husband likes the Beast and they ladies answer all his questions. He always asks what's your favorite sandwich. Lol..Thank you for being so friendly..

I walked in there yesterday 12/30/2023 at approximately 1 pm and saw what looked like the only worker there PICKING AT HER NOSE. It looked she was prepping an order. Out the door I went.It's a shame after reading all of these negative reviews that employees are ruining it on the franchise owner. Owners invest a lot of resources and some non-caring employees screw up their business.
