I wanted to Subway today I'm a diabetic and my sugar was low and I had the pleasure of Hayden who came to my rescue and took good care of me she is awesome Hayden you were fantastic and you're so kind-hearted thank you Subway should know one asked that you are to that location

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The service was awful, except for one woman who was working really hard and doing a great job. She was the only bright spot in the entire place.
The rest of the staff was just unprofessional and careless:
– The other employees were slow, rude, and unorganized
– The drink was watery and poorly made
– And the customer service overall was a joke
It’s really sad that one person is trying to keep things going while the others just don’t care. I hope management sees this and makes serious changes.
The Assistant Manager, Kayla, is normally working when we come into this location. She is always friendly, and takes care when building our subs. She is an asset to your team and deserves a raise!

This poor girl is all alone making all this food at lunchtime. Shame on the owner or manager for not being here or having extra staff.
She’s doing a great job no thanks to you.
No food trays, I asked for my food to be toasted and nothing. The toppings are not so fresh either. 😕

Beware. They automatically added a tip to my bill after telling me the price and said I added it which I did not. They are sneaky do I recommend paying in cash or avoiding the whole place

Such a disappointment from the time I arrived The young woman that made my food did a great job making my food. Thank you. I appreciate that. However, Cindy came from the back room, asked the client that was behind me, got her order gone and managed to jump in front of my lady. I don't understand why it took so long honestly and the lady behind me was rung up before me. Very disappointed in this place will not return

Horrible customer service I was just there 2/27 @ 7:55 Pm , walk out at 8:10 with no order .
The worker seemed to be so back up with online orders , did about 3 orders with the same gloves which was so disgusting she was literally touching everything . I was going to wait a bit longer for I can make an order but she kept working on other orders I decided to just walk away . Avoid this location

Doesn't know how to answer the phone.
I spent 30 minutes looking for the store because the app gave me the wrong address. The worker in an empty store couldn't be bothered to answer any of the 5 back to back phone calls I made trying to simply get an address for the store.
Thanks blonde girl. Now my food is cold.

Food was impeccable. Best subs we've ever had from a subway. 6 year old approved. Had a mishap with my card and Cindy made sure I was taking care of. Not even from the area but will stop in next time I am. Again thanks so much Cindy!

I frequent this subway fairly regularly before my work shifts. Kayla is always very accommodating and kind. She's a real human being and treats you like one too. The food is always great here too. Thanks Kayla!
