Skip this place and the churros the one I was given was old and chewy when I approached the lady told me they were best fresh, I suppose I should’ve ordered it days ago.

Only issue was with the pretzel, extremely rubbery. Very hard to chew, most definitely very old! Jaw hurt so bad from trying to chew the pretzel, very difficult to eat my delicious cheesesteak sub. We order on the app and it's always the same sweet girl who does such a great job at making our subs exactly how we want em! Cookie was very good as always too!

once again they screwed up my order, i ordered a foot long steak and cheese using their app, withextra provolone cheeseextra mayoextra black pepperextra saltextra parm cheesecut in fourthsreceived very little steak, no provolone cheese, no mayo, no black pepper, no salt, no parm cheese, did not cut it in fourths.what really tee's me off, i even gave the young lady a $2.00 tipalso ordered a foot long veggie sub for my wife with the works with more onions, salt, pepper, parm cheese, received no onions, no salt, no pepper, no parm cheese.this is like the 3rd or 4th time.

Very nice ladies that work here at this location in the home Depot plaza on US19. My husband likes the Beast and they ladies answer all his questions. He always asks what's your favorite sandwich. Lol..Thank you for being so friendly..

I walked in there yesterday 12/30/2023 at approximately 1 pm and saw what looked like the only worker there PICKING AT HER NOSE. It looked she was prepping an order. Out the door I went.It's a shame after reading all of these negative reviews that employees are ruining it on the franchise owner. Owners invest a lot of resources and some non-caring employees screw up their business.

As I type this, my husband, daughter and I all have food poisoning from this Subway. This was the only thing we had to eat yesterday, other than drinking soda or water cause we were out all day. I knew something wasn't right when I saw her fish around the steel container for the last bits of each thing we asked for. The line was long, one girl was sweeping not helping the other at all. She was as slow as a sloth, new so me and my daughter just dealt with it. It took 30 mins to make 3 subs I asked for fresh lettuce didn't have it, the tomato was gross and hadike a slime on it. The mayo is what we think did us in and the lettuce. All the bacteria from the bottom of the can and to top it off she was touching everything with gloves and then coming back to make the sandwiches. I spent 45.00 on 3 subs. 3 subs that cost us over 300 after having to go to the walk-in clinic thinking we had covid or something serious. Nope, just good old fashioned food poisoning. Try to call them to let them know they have bad meat, condiments and veggies but no one answers the phone. I will never return to this Subway maybe not any Subways after this. The problem with the franchised Subways, they do what they want and no one is there to check them out and hold them accountable.

I ordered online and went inside to pick it up. They were very busy and my food was not yet prepared. I was slightly irritated until I learned Caitlyn was the only employee working on a Friday evening. She greeting everyone as the walked in as said goodbye to everyone as they left. She was working as fast as she could to complete all of the orders. But she got both subs I ordered correct and was a pleasure to talk to even though she was obviously stressed. That girl deserves a raise if management is going to make her do everything on her own on a busy Friday.

This was our first time at this location. It seemed to be clean, and the staff was a little friendlier than what we're normally accustomed to at other Subway locations. Convenient location to Home Depot.

Fresh? Subway has gone down hill big time and very disappointed with the quality. Pay more now and the ingredients are poor. No longer a customer of subway, better sub places with better quality.
