I would not eat at this location. My husband and I went in to grab a quick bit to eat after doing some Christmas shopping. When we received our cups for the drinks and walked over to the fountain machine, we see green slime where the ice comes out (See picture). If the ice dispenser looks like that, I can only imagine what the inside looks like and the nozzles for the fountain drinks. This has been reported.

Jordan is always amazing in the drive though, he’s got the best jokes and makes sure we get through in a timely manner and he makes sure that our food is perfect! He really goes above and beyond!

Had to wait about 5 minutes while everyone was working on the drive thru. The whole place was just dirty. Tables dirty, bathroom dirty, floors dirty. The soda machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while as in months. But my burrito was good hope I don’t get diarrhea.

These people keep saying they are out of nacho cheese sauce on my mobile orders, when i’m pretty sure they are just too lazy to heat up more. Hard to believe they have no cheese sauce for chips and queso!!

Just an FYI to everyone that despite this location being open at 9 they no longer sell breakfast even though they clearly have breakfast posted at their drive through menu. Very disappointed.

Ok, so I'm a regular at this location and it has been largely a mixed bag when it comes to the service and food. I have always kinda brushed it off and just said screw it. But tonight was completely unacceptable.

I came through at approximately 6:30pm and ordered a 7$ Box and a Chicken Quesadilla with EXTRA SAUCE. I asked them to put as much on there as they could, which I received the extra charge for it.

I don't know if someone was trying to be funny or if they were just being vindictive but I received no sauce whatsoever on my quesadilla and my box contents were luke warm. I understand it's Black Friday and tensions might be a little high---I work in fast food myself---but customers choose to spend their money here instead of other places and we all deserve the best possible product for our money. Regardless of past customers.

This opinion was clearly not shared by the manager---a young man who was in a black button up as opposed to a T-shirt so I assume he was management---who didn't even look at me whilst cashing me out.

You guys really dropped the ball, tonight. Hard.

This Taco Bell treats you right. I went for dinner with my family and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Every worker was extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend this location, at least for dinner.

The quality of the employee has clearly gone down which unfortunately has reflected on the quality of product coming across the counter. This was the best taco bell in a ten mile radius, now they had our crunch wraps that are flat as a pancake, quesadillas that are literally half empty so half of it was just burnt together empty tortill and other food just horribly slopped together and skimpy on the fillings. Also it's dark outside and all the outside business lights are off, if you didn't already know it was there you'd drive right past it. Slacker employees lead to crappy food lead to me going to a different taco bell ✌️

Don’t bother using the app unless you order well in advance. They just tell you to drive back around several times now. So you have to go through drivethru line several times. Better just order at menu and don’t use app which makes it worthless

The lady in drive through really needs to not be serving people in the drive through is she CAN NOT be pleasant.
Sounded like she must have been on drugs or something.
Along with messing up ENTIRE order 😬
And NO sauce… please find better employees.
