They got my order wrong in the drive through. I went in to get it fixed. Spent 13 minutes waiting on the three soft tacos and order of taco frirs they shorted me. Taco fries were still cold in center.

It’s Taco Bell so you know what to expect with the food but the service and everything else about this place is bad. The drive through takes way too long and inside is even worse. The employees don’t even acknowledge you at the counter and have an attitude when you try to get their attention. They consistently get orders wrong and treat customers like it’s our fault. I have gone here at of convenience since it’s the closest one to my house but will go out of my way to the next closest location in the future. I’d would tell anyone else to do the same. If you enjoy have your time wasted and being treated like you are the asshole for wanting the correct food then this is the place for you.

Looking at reviews going back to 2016, it looks like this Taco Bell is cursed. Worst Taco Bell in central Florida That restaurant is run like a trap house and needs a huge overhaul. I've never encountered such incompetence and lack of professionalism even in a fast food atmosphere. Having a line of cars, who have all already paid, wrapped around the building waiting for 30 minutes is unacceptable. Corporate needs to pay you a visit and clean house (Literally and figuratively). How embarrassing, you can't even do a bare minimum job well? Fix your attitude or go work in a sewer away from people.

The original chicken was way to greasy. Old chicken. Biscuit was very hard. Only thing that was decent was the mashed potatoes with gravy. Won't ever go back. Horrible

I would give zero Stars if I could. This KFC is a complete waste of money and the people working there have terrible attitudes. The wedge fries were stale and chewy, they forgot my coleslaw and the biscuit was so hard I couldn't bite into it. They were also out of white meat and original recipe, although that's no big surprise for KFC.

the food would have been fine if this wasn’t the second time they’ve gotten it wrong. repeated it back to me twice with my adjustments jusy to give me what i specified not to be on my item. they even argued once they were shown they were wrong and said “we can go back and forth” and brought out the wrong thing even tho we got it the other day
I ordered food on the KFC app selected closest restaurant to me thinking it would have picked the new KFC they built right there on 19 bu Mile stretch so I had to go all the way to 52 to get my food

Most disgusting taco bell in Pasco i waited 20 mins for my food my chicken flat breads were hard as rocks the meat in my tacos and Mexican pizza was ice cold and you can tell the oil hasn't been cleaned in a while cause the pizza has a nasty after taist
