We catered Vesh for our wedding at The Barn at Crescent Lake on 3.14.2024 and was highly impressed! Everything was so delicious, fresh and hot. One of the top comments we got throughout the night was how delicious the food was. Everything was top notch, and I would highly recommend Vesh!I also have to give a huge shoutout to Marie, who contacted us a couples month prior to our wedding to make sure we signed the contract. After having the tasting, signing the contract completely slipped our minds! Marie was a superhero and followed up with us to make sure we had food on our big day!

When we first started the journey with our venue, there was another popular caterer that we were set to work with. Let me set the scene by saying: my husband and I are HUGE foodies. Our families are even bigger foodies. We knew that if anything had to be perfect, it had to be the food. How many times have you been to a wedding yourself and thought the food could have been better. Well... to our relief, we were able to switch to VESH and they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. The taste testing was delicious and intimate. Chef Mark is clearly a professional when it comes to flavor profiles. The food was so good that we added a second protein to our dinner because it was that hard to pick menu items. The biggest compliment I can give VESH is that I had a woman who has been to probably to over 15+ weddings over her life tell me this was the best wedding food she has ever had. It made me feel SO relieved to see my guests love the food as much as we did at the taste testing. If you get the chance to drive out to New Port Richey and try their catering menu, I promise you won't be disappointed.

With just a weeks notice, Vesh was able to put together an amazing spread for a 5 year anniversary party. They responded within minutes on any question I had, were on time and set the whole thing up at my house. Not to mention the food was amazing! We had a Dr. at the party who informed me he doesn’t like catered food and he usually takes his girlfriend out to dinner after any catered event but this food tonight was ‘fire’. Everyone in the party commented on how good the food was! I would highly recommend!

There were a couple hiccups along the way as that happens with wedding planning, but Vesh was right there to accommodate and was extremely fair.As for the day of the wedding, Vesh’s service was extremely professional and their Uniforms matched. They made sure the groom and I had our food ready and it was hot and even saved us some of our appetizers. I’m still dreaming of those crabcakes.
