It's a great place to eat and enjoy a great view of the water. The food is great, but I will say I wasn't fond of the mixed drinks, as they didn't seem to have much alcohol.

Parking: Port Richey is great. Hailey is the best. I lover her attitude and the service is great and my drinks are to died for my food is always hot. Hailey makes me feel like family. I always enjoyed her company and her friendly attitude that makes me want to always come back to whiskey, Joe's. Just want to said thank you Emma is such a sweet and lovely server I love her friendly disposition and how she condurst herself in a professional manner. Lindsay is one of my favorite...
