Ever since this place got a new manager (Trish, I think? Sept 2024) the entire place is so much better and worth going back to! The food taste great, it's all clean and I love the ladies that work there now! They're just fun and friendly and do a great job masking my favorite breakfast sandwich! This location was awful before and I stopped going, but now that it has someone new running this store I've become a regular again.

Miserable staff and after reading others reviews i shouldn't be surprised that it was nothing more then a cold rubbery untoasted bagel worth nothing more than animal feed. What a sad place.

Outstanding customer service and great sandwiches. I reached out to try and have about 10 bacon egg and cheeses made earlier than they open. I did it as a moral builder for my guys at work. They had all the breakfast sandwiches done early and I was able to make it to work on time! GREAT PEOPLE to do this for me! My guys really loved them!!

There were no bagels!! The Thai coffee was merely weak chocolate milk and a drop of actual coffee. The cinnamon rolls were as hard as rocks. I do not recommend this place at all. My family and I went straight from this complete failure to Black Cat Coffee, a wonderful coffee shop that has superb coffee and delicious food. Bagel 13 could really learn a thing or two from Black Cat Coffee.

Never coming back there. Prices were incorrect and they had hidden charges. Don’t advertise a price for a small coffee and then add another for choosing a type of coffee bean. Then charging me separately for a Sandwich and a coffee when I order the meal.

I ordered an everything bagel, well toasted. Well, EVERYTHING was burnt off of it!!! Very disappointed ?
WOW! The woman running the place this morning, (burgundy hair, arm tat) is so rude to the customers and the poor girl helping her. She is literally talking about customers as she cooks. She was mad that I ordered 4 sandwiches? She said " she couldn't order one sandwich. She had to order 4". Well. I have a family of 4. Sorry!!! ITS. HER. JOB. Why do we have such negative people serving our food here? Next time, I'm just walking out if it ends up being this same miserable employee again.

GARDEN veggie cream cheese had veggies that had already turned rotting and smelled bad. Omelet eggs were cooked to death, and large chunks of vegetables were still hard and raw. Abysmal kitchen help. It's not rocket science, people. PROPER cooking methods can be taught and learned even by fast food workers.

Every few months I try to give them another chance. This time I think I might be done. When I pulled In at 6:45 almost didnt go in because the closed sign was still up. Had another patron not walked in I would not have known they were open. The door states they open at 5:30. It was clear they had just opened. They were out of most of their items. Both bagels ordered were wrong and the iced coffee is 90%cream. Very dissatisfied.
