I don’t normally go to Burger King, however I had a craving for a whopper jr with cheese today so I did. I wish I hadn’t. The drive through crew had about as much pep and care as Wednesday Adams and of course messed up the order. My whopper jr with cheese ended up not having cheese on it when I got home. Very disappointed.

I have been going here for years, The manager ( Dawn) is awesome she has the best personality and a fast at what she does, always looking forward to our short chats. Lisa ( grandma) One of the funniest people to chat with she busts her butt and always seems to a smile on her face and make you laugh. April fresh is always very cheerful and helpful when I go though. The place is clean the staff is great and ill always support them

Worst burger King I've ever been to. They slop the food together, fries are cooked in grease that isn't hot enough. Half cooked grease sponge is what you get. Go anywhere but this location.

Drive thru is crazy long wait times on several occasions and different times of day
this store needs to be shut down. The management is incapable of handling any issues and cannot seem to Train there employees to work correctly . food being given out without payment which should be free after sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 mins after ordering . watching 3 cars after ordering pull off and 8 more before ordering leave due to total incompetency of management and staff. the manager refused to give the complaint number and when informed i was recording the call hung up on me. this is unacceptable . please file complaints with the city of Cocoa and get this store closed so maybe we can get a good quality place there in its stead
