Train your staff better! There's no excuse these days that fast food workers don't understand that "taking my order, handling my money (cash) and gathering my order WITHOUT washing your hands is a health issue! This person was a manager. And when I called her on it she said she doesn't have to wash her hands because she has tongs. Then she turned around and picked up my fries with her bare hands. I'm not going to say I'm not going to go back there, but I will continue to keep watching making sure you are keeping me safe!

Lisa, working at the drive-through window, was an absolute blessing this morning! I went through for breakfast, and for lunch, it is so delightful when the person serving you has a kind heart and excellent service! I will definitely choose this Burger King any time I am over here in the PSJ (Port Saint John) area! Thank you for everything and the same for everyone on shift this morning!
Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes got a whopper jr meal burger and fries were cold it’s seems the food is getting worse. I feel they need more employees

Just got my order and I didn't get my sauce for my chicken nuggets no napkins, really cheap manager and staff.

Workers have way to much attitude. They look at you like you are bothering them . They take forever and most of the workers be looking dirty as hell like seriously wash your clothes gross.
I like this Burger King but the only problem is they shut the ice cream down at 9:00 p.m. and I want ice cream at night. The service staff all are great. Just seems to me if your advertising ice cream it should be available the hours you're open!

The kids meal cheeseburger was completely wrong. Asked for no pickles or mustard and it came with it. Asked for onions and mayo and it didn’t have it on. No chocolate chip cookie was given either as part of the kids meal. I ordered through the mobile app and edited the burger there. Obviously paid no attention to my choices. Onion rings were soggy also. Very disappointed
