Decided to try Kelsey's after a long while, and after the recently-new mgmt and spotty reviews. We were warmly greeted at the door, looked at the menu - noticing neither offerings nor prices had changed (good) and sat down. Service was very attentive and the portions were as large as we remembered. The only difference we noticed is the marinara sauce: sweeter and more bland - important to us and cost a star for food in this review. The meat sauce was better, though it too could have used a little more complexity. Otherwise, the mini Greek salad was huge as always, and the spaghetti and meatballs dinner was tasty and large with a substantial take-home portion. They also still have the $5 hurricane drinks, though I didn't buy one this time. Before tip our bill was under $20 - rare these days for eating out anywhere.

Every employee at Kelsey’s treated us as their customer. All the staff were jovial and worked together to make our dining experience excellent. If we were to visit the area again, we definitely would eat here again.
What happened to your red sauce? We have been eating here for fifteen years and since it was sold the sauce is terrible!! No one in the family liked it! Tasted bitter and did not compliment the food! Please bring back the former recipe. We can't eat this new one!
Went there today to see the final of U.S.Open golf. They had most TV,s on a black music channel? All old people in there! Waited 15 minutes to be served...NOTHING!! They keep the A/C warm like a nursing home. The workers so young I bet they could not make a mixed drink. I walked out.
Want to Kelsey’s after work, which is just down the street. Come here often since it’s close. Had a great dinner served by a young man who has been working there for a while but new to serving. Excellent service, and had a nice conversation with him. Just thought I’d leave a good review. Thanks Jaydin!!!
Take out is terrible, they take your money than forget you!!!! I have to use 100 characters to tell you how crappy there take out is.
Waited 45 min for a calzone that didn’t have any cheese. I asked for extra mozzarella and there was barely any in there. There is such a little amount of ricotta cheese that I can’t even taste it. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to a good calzone

The food is great. No complaints at all with the taste. The time it takes to finally get the food, though, is quite the process. I have done both fine in and takeout. Both are equally time consuming. I even came 10min after they said it would be ready and still had to stand and wait another 15min or more. The service is also inattentive when it comes to taking orders and realizing when your party is ready to leave. This is the same scene for both busy and non busy times. The food is also expensive. However, in my opinion, it is one of the best pizza spots I have found around PSJ, so I go when I am ready for the wait.

They have a decent chicken parm offered here.
Parking: There is no valet service so DO NOT trust anyone offering to park your car for you.

Kid-friendliness: We always order 2 large delux pizzas, plus a greek salad for 2. So about $40 just in pizza, not including what we spend for the salad and drinks. It used to be that our 2 kids meals would be free because of the large pizzas counting as 2 entrees. But not anymore. Now it's just a free kids meal for every actual "entree". What a poor business decision. You're losing us coming in to spend $50 not including tip, to save $15 in kids meals.
The worst owner or manager ever ! With restaurants going under daily you would think customer service would be better, it’s not here and since no one in management reads this I won’t go into details , and won’t be back. Save your money and go somewhere they care !
