if you want your dinner to be correct and in a timely manner then Kelsey's Pizza PSJ is not the place!• i ordered over two hours ago and had my order WRONG TWICE; drove up there TWICE and they still can’t get a simple calzone with TWO INGREDIENTS IN IT. i won’t be going back after the customer service i received to have my money refunded after THEY messed up TWICE. ?

Went for lunch and waited 10 minutes to get someone to give us menus and take our drink order. We waited 15 minutes more to get our drinks and to give orders but did not get service. We left. It's such a shame to be that understaffed to lose business.

Was a great experience, food, service and surroundings were excellent. Will make this a must go whenever in Cocoa. We googled another pizza place prior to Kelsey's, was the worst service and surroundings ever, after 8 minutes of horror my wife and I looked at each other and walked out from our table and water. We have never done that before and we couldn't be happier that we did. You gotta order the cheese sticks.
I don’t like sharing bad reviews for small businesses but since I was not permitted to speak to manager when I called (3PM to avoid lunch and dinner rush), this is my only option. Spinach pie was soggy crusted and mushy and no marinara was included even though it’s part of the dish. It was literally inedible. I spent 87.00 for the meal and delivery fees and couldn’t eat mine.
