The food was great, the chicken was a little hard.The lady at the reg had a headphone in and had a very hard time listening. She was also on her phone when we walked in. Shouldn’t be allowed at a work place at most being clocked in. It’s disrespectful and annoying.

It is a place more than anything to pick up, fast delivery and pleasant atmosphere.
Parking: There are few spaces next to the store, but they have more in front, it is never full because you enter and leave very quickly

Horrible customer service! Made an online order and by mistake choose wrong store try to cancel no luck, tried calling literally over 10 times no answer! Called corp and said basically oops cannot cancel or get a refund because the cancellation time is over. What really pisses me off if someone would had answered the freaking phone I could had cancel my order and my money back but they refuse to refund me. Horrible customer from this location, better do extra drive and go somewhere else!!! Never gonna come back!!
Many thanks to the Port St. John KFC and Taj who took my order. We live in Titusville and tried to order a specific dinner at the KFC on Rte 405 since we were feeding a large group including very young children. They said they were out of chicken legs (Really?????). They also said that particular order was only available on Tuesdays. We called PSJ KFC who told us that actually it was a special deal on Tuesdays but it was available anytime. They also had chicken legs. Taj took my order and had it ready to go as promised when we came to pick it up. It was still nice and warm when we got home and everyone had a good meal. Very grateful to Taj for such excellent customer service and to KFC in PSJ for the fresh food.

I pulled up at 8 pm and was told that there wasn't anything for the night except whole chicken and no fries. I was told because they're closing but the drive through doesn't close until 9. They vouldn't even take the orders in the window and had a line wrapped around the building. Like the second time this has happened
