Place is great before it gets dark out. Takes 20 minutes to get your food anytime it’s past 10. Like come on now if I can get my food in less than 5 minutes at 2:00pm it shouldn’t be too hard to do the same thing at 10:30pm… i understand it’s McDonald’s but 20 minutes is a crazy wait time.

I came to pick up uber order. The app told me to try the lobby first, so I did. The door was open which usually indicates the lobby is open. I wait a little until someone finally noticed me and just gave me a dirty look then said "the lobby is closed." I apologized and told him I was here for a uber order. His response was just the lobby is closed. I said that's fine understand but if it's closed you should have the door locked. It makes it very confusing wheb there are no signs showing it is closed and the door us open. He just again like a parrot only said the lobby is closed and he doesn't know. What was frustrating is I could see the order I was there for. He spent more time trying to tell me it was closed (even though they neglected to lock the door.) Overall horrible experience. Learn how to deal with people.

I frequent this McDonald's after work around 3am, and the service has gone downhill. I have arrived to pick up my mobile order on several occasions to be greeted by the worker on the drive-through kiosk telling me they are closed. This is absolutely infuriating and insane. How can you be listed in the appas a 24 hour McDonald's and close? How can you accept 25 dollar mobile orders but be closed ? The rude demenor and continuous behavior of being closed when the app says you are open is why I will not patronize this location further.
I have seen the workers smoking weed on lunch break and then going back in there and making food I have seen the workers not wash their hands and then go back and make food

Ordered 3 sausage cheese and egg Mcmuffins got 2 ham cheese and egg and 1 bacon cheese and egg mcmuffin. Drive thru was busy so I went in to order waited for awhile then gentleman took my order then I waited over 20 min. I was watching the drive thru and the cars that came thru after my order was taken recieved their orders before I did. When the drive thru was empty I finally was given the wrong food. This was in Port St John.

Living so close to this location I have become a frequent customer a couple times a week. They are 24 hours so that is a huge bonus!! The man that works overnights "aleto" I know I'm totally botching his name but he has been there quite a while and he is awesome! Justin typically works evenings and that young man is absolutely phenomenal. Every single time I have ever been around him through the drive-thru he has always been amazing and makes everybody feel like their friends with him and they should be so blessed to have him as their employee. Stephen also works typically evenings or overnights and he is awesome always making sure the food is correct and you leave happy. The past year I have not had one mistake with my orders and I go multiple times a week to this location. I hope the owners of this location show their awesome employees very much appreciation because they have an awesome staff.
