The server was amazingly friendly and gave great suggestions. The watermelon and tangerine italian ice i got was fantastic and my wife's banana and black cherry ice cream was superb.

I’ve been a loyal Scoops customer for YEARS. Their ice cream is delicious and their prices are reasonable. Recent changes have driven a decline in service.

Tonight I was very disappointed to have been told that loyalty cards can’t be combined anymore. I’m not always the one driving, so I don’t always have my wallet and it’s NEVER been a problem in the past to combine them. Whoever was working would tear up the old card, add the punches to the other...
