Best meatballs I ever had and I grew up in a town nicknamed Little Italy. šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹ All the food is excellent, but you have to try the meatballs.

Troy’s has outstanding NY style pizza, Stromboli & stuffed mushrooms. Stromboli & stuffed mushrooms are our favorite go to items. However, if you order Stromboli or stuffed mushrooms make sure you ask if JOHN is working. He is a master of the Stromboli & mushrooms. Last time I ordered a Stromboli when John wasn’t working it was covered in corn meal that made it taste like sawdust and it was a major disappointment. Plus the fillings were meager. John is the man!! I don’t order from here unless he’s working. Their pizza is fairly consistent and about the closest to real New York pizza where I was born & raised so I’m pretty picky about my pizza!! This is a takeout place. There’s a few tables but it’s usually hit as the pizza oven in the restaurant. I don’t recommend dining in.

This place is a legit pizza shop like you'd see in New York. The people at the desk are very nice and the pizza is truly top notch. There have been issues with phone calls being completed, but it normally goes through on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. The prices are great for what you get. Definitely a must try for great pizza.

Went there today with my pastor and friend. The pizza was great. However, while we were having a conversation, the cashier began cleaning a Table and moving chairs abruptly. The noise was so loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves speak. I thought that was kinda rude but we tried to continue our conversation. Then when my friend asked the cashier where was the bathroom, she replied, ā€œI cleaned it and now it’s closed. He asked her if he could use it and she said, ā€œNo it’s closedā€.

It was only 8:30 pm and the place didn’t close for a couple more hours. I hate to think he was singled out because we are Hispanic but that is how we felt. Needless to say, after that we just left. We didn’t even finish our pizza. This was my first time there after my pastor raved about this place that’s why I went. After this experience, I’m not sure I’ll return. Sad because the pizza was pretty good!

I pray this wasn’t a normal practice being done to minorities.

We came in this evening (7:30) to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We ordered $100 worth of food and tipped the ladies a hefty $25. I understand that they close at 8pm however, they had no right treating my family and I the way they did. The younger looking girl slammed the plates on the table as she brought the food out. We were kind enough to stack our plates on the pizza tray as we finished our food in an attempt to make it easier to clean up. Once I finished putting our food in the to go containers they actually turned OFF all the lights in the dinning room. Only I was standing at the time. Very rude!!!!!

Been in PSJ long enough, this used to be my go to place. Zero customer service now lol wow. The worst pizza place I've ever been to honestly. Lady with glasses/ blonde hair and purple shirt was way too concerned about her poker game than her customers. What a sad shame that you can't even greet customers because your elbow deep at the poker table that takes up most of the restaurants space, sorry to disturb you. This used to be a great place. Bunch of kids working and the place is filthy. Dirty floors and stains all over the wait seating area. An absolute no from me, super unprofessional. Not a smile or greeting from one employee. Pizza was burnt, thin, and bland. The cheese didn't even cover the whole pizza. I wouldn't feed it to the dog.
