What horrible service. The little white girl at the front with the glasses is a little bossy. 45 minutes for a sandwich and a salad. Which wasn't all that great either

My family has been ordering from this establishment for over 10 years that is until last night 9/15/24 at around 6:00 pm not one but two of your employees made it, so I will not be ordering from you again. It started off with a Hispanic girl that answered the phone that could barely speak English or understand it either attempting to take my order. It was obvious she was being trained for the job, but does she really need to be trained to understand what I’m saying as well? I had to give her my phone number 3 times, told her what we wanted she says “OK thank you” and went to hang up before I said wait, I need to give you my credit card information! I gave her my credit card number 5 times and she still couldn’t get it right until I finally asked her to put the other girl on the phone that I could hear in the background because I could not understand and obviously she could not understand me! I had already been on the phone for 9 minutes with this girl. As she goes to get the other girl on the phone, I’m venting to my husband about the fact that I’ve been on the phone for almost 10 minutes when the other girl gets on the phone and says “Mam, just calm down” in a very nasty manner and I said to her “excuse me, did you just tell me to calm down?” and she would not acknowledge the question and just hangs up on me. I immediately called back. She put me on hold right away, and I know that they have caller ID so she knew it was me. I called back 5 more times for her to put me on hold again each time before I could say anything the final time she answers the phone it says “Anthony’s Pizza we’re really busy right now can you call back please and hangs up” just WOW!!!! I know the girls voice who hung up on me has been working there a long time because she’s always the one that answers the phone. After the final time, she hung up on me if I would have had my vehicle I would’ve went over there last night and it would not have been nice! You should really rethink your employees on their level of intelligence comprehension and respect because you just lost a long-term customer because of them!

Just tried Anthony's for the first time and we will never go back again. It was God awful. We ordered 2 cheese slices to start. Hard cheese, soft bottom and tangy sauce. No flavor at all. Ordered cold Italian, chicken parm sub and a side of spaghetti just to try it. The Italian was fine, the chicken parm was not. Cut up tiny pieces of no flavor chicken, with the same tangy pizza sauce n dribbled with mozzarella tidbits. I asked for a side of spaghetti and got a plate of baked spaghetti with tidbits of cheese and the same tangy sauce. So terrible. Pizza sauce is for pizza's. Not everything in your restaurant. I didn't eat anything and the waitress didn't offer to take it off our bill til I asked her about it. She replied with I'll go ask the owner, who evidently told her no, but I'll give a discount for food I didn't even eat. The owner never came out and stayed hidden in the kitchen. Terrible food, terrible experience. I do not recommend.

I go to Anthony’s a lot.. I’ve never been disappointed. The staff that I’ve always had contact with is always pleasant to me also.. the super big pizza is exactly that “super big” barely fits in the back doors of a small car..

We went yesterday fun lunch, they have 2 jumbo slices plus soda for $8 and the pizza is really good ?. Highly recommend it

I love the pizza here! Great spot to come get a quick bite. 2 slices and a can soda for 7 dollars. Very friendly service!

Anthony's Pizza has been my favorite spot for years, but today was disappointing. I received a 10-inch pizza that was undercooked. When I called politely to inform them, given my long history as a customer, the manager accused me of lying and told me not to return. He also mentioned that the owner instructed him to tell dissatisfied customers not to come back. I will never go back to this place again. The customer service was terrible!

Stopped in here for a quick lunch on our way home from the Port St. Lucie area. The pizza slices deal was great. 4 large slices with 2 topping and a drink for less than 15 bucks. The canzone was very good also. Great deals and good food. Can't go wrong here.

Awful customer service. I normally only write good reviews but the lady was so rude.The pizza arrived cold and the cheese was hard cheese. No cheese pull at all and the sauce was crusty and seemed not fresh. The dough wasn’t cooked in the middle of the garlic knots. It took 1.5 hours. They said 1. The lady over the phone answered with an attitude. Very Sad service for $65 $ that’s without DoorDash fees and I paid a nice tip. Partially think it’s a driver/delivery issue. The rude phone lady said it was hot when she checked it and I’m sure that’s true, but it wasn’t after the late delivery. Which is a shame because the taste is there. I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service.

14" Cheese pizza: $1210 wings: $152 can sodas $4Why was my bill $35.63Oh an added 15% gratuity for sit down patrons for the them to not serve you at all.And I don't care what planet you are from...12 + 15 + 4 + 15% still does not equal $35.63I've been coming here for 10 years. I will not return.I'm quite aware of the sales tax, credit card fee, and tip.Subtotal was 35.63 before all those fees!Paid 43.11 with added tip on top of the 15% gratuity that you snuck on there without saying anything. Oh "It's for dine ins" for what? You guys to stand behind the counter and do absolutely nothing.

This time, I was disappointed in my pie. I ordered a meatball & onion pizza. This was nothing to it. They are skimping other meat, yet the prices are climbing. I don't mind paying extra for the meatball & onions. Just put it on the pizza, please! Didn't photo, very upset.
