Had what seemed to be a nice waitress, I ordered a bacon cheese burger n fries, I asked for that to be cooked as med rare, I got it delivered to my table as well done, I asked for mayo n ketchup so I can eat it with water cause it was so over cooked n dry. While the waitress seemed nice , she never once as how is everything.Sorry but I won't be eating at this Applebee's anytime soon. They need a cook!!

It took years to come back to this specific location. Last visited in 2019, it's sad to say that in 2024, this location still hasnt improved. 2019 mashed potatoes served cold. 2024 now served almost room temp. Food was prepared incorrectly, meal 1 missing bacon and pickles on a bacon cheese burger. Meal 2&3 chicken and shrimp, meal 2 served with 1 shrimp on the plate. Meal 3 served with room temp potatoes. Meals served without appropriate eating utensils. Took over a hour to recieve food. No wet wipes supplied with riblets. The waitress was the best part of the experience. The kitchen staff was a mess, it was evident since the table next to us also has issues with their meals. If you read this far, GO TO CHILI'S.

I’m very disappointed with this restaurant. I’ve been coming here for well over 10 years and I don’t know if management has changed but the servers recently have been very poor. The drinks never get to the table but we sure do pay for them, the orders are always wrong, food is usually cold. I’m just frustrated as this has been the 4th chance I’ve given recently and I think it’s just time to move on.Very unfortunate as they’ve been a “supporter “ of PSL high school as I am an alumni.

This is in response to the to the previous review regarding the dogs in the outdoor bar area. The dog in reference was in fact, not a pitbull and is the sweetest, cool, chill dog. The “non pitbull” never ran at him. The only dogs who were acting aggressive or bothered were the reviewer’s two dogs. And the reviewer, then went onto spew obscenities, cursing at the patrons & bartender and left without tipping! Applebee’s is one of the most friendly and nicest places to hang out. The bartenders and the patrons are always of the highest caliber!

After several good experiences, I had a beyond HORRIFIC experience today. I had my 2 dogs with me....enjoying a beer...when a Pit Bull came into the outdoor seating area with no leash. I've spent over 1,000 hrs studying this breed and would have shot the dog as it ran up to mine, if I had remembered my gun.The staff thought this was PERFECTLY FINE....having a killer breed roaming the restaurant. I won't be back!

Poor service. Waitress forgot to bring us our food on a slow night. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and received a burnt cheese burger without mushrooms and cold fries. My cousin ordered chicken Alfredo and received dried out noodles and burnt chicken. I will never go to this restaurant again. I have never experienced this level of poor service before and low quality of food.
