It can be slow sometimes and the people seem to like not even care that your there. There should always be a "be right with you" WITH EYE CONTACT! when someone walks in regardless if your busy takes .2 seconds

Kid-friendliness: Treated same as adults far as I can tell. Which isn't necessarily a good thing...

Finished a 16 hour day at work. Drove through Arby’s a half hour before closing. My digestive system has recently been having an unfortunate reaction to wheat, so I ordered a classic Roast Beef and Cheddar with no bun, and a Coke Zero no ice. Emphasized twice I needed a fork.
Got a Diet Coke with ice, Roast Beef and Chedar no bun, and no fork. Like they didn’t care.

The cashier was polite to me but when my friend ordered she was very rude to him. Then we got our food and his sandwich (which was $12 and it) was cold! He didn’t even eat it. The fries tasted stale, the mozzarella sticks seemed like they’d been sitting for awhile. It was only 12:30 in the afternoon. The best thing about our meal was my strawberry milkshake.
Every time I go to this Arby’s, they messed something up today. I got my double beef and cheddar sandwich with two bottom pieces of the bread, no cheese and sopping in Arby’s sauce, which I asked them not to put on.

There were 7 cars waiting for service in the drive thru. I walked in for service. I was the only customer. staff overwhelmed. my order of three meals took way too long, and sandwiches must have been put together by blindfold. French fries were undercooked and cold. will not return. Will go to other, out of my way locations.
