The worst experience ive ever had tonight 2/17/24 around 8pm or little before 8 i ordered!! The chicken littles were hard,old and covered in sauce unable to eat. I asked for curly fries and didnt get them. Jalapeno bites were cold and stale tasting. The half pound roadt beef sandwich had the same amount of meat as a regular sandwich with a tiny bun as well as cold. The regular roast beef had a super small bun and not the normal amount thats supposed to come on it. WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Will not recommend this location either. There was one employee whom was in the parking lot talking back and forth on a headset and i bet if they both were inside maybe it would of had a better outcome. Please contact me due to the fact i paid over 30$ cash and didnt get a reciept and just want my money back.

I tried to go to my Arby’s at 10075 Federal Hwy US1 Port St Lucie Florida at 12:30pm 1/17/2024, and order a roast turkey ranch bacon sandwich as I have for the last 10 years where I want to swap cheeses. It already comes with cheddar and I want to swap for Swiss and a lot of times the workers can find a substitution button on the register that does not charge me cuz the price already includes cheese and 99% of the time they cannot find it and I sent an email once before when this happened and someo called me and told me that it had been corrected and so I’ve ordered it since then and have had no problems for a few months but all of a sudden today the cashier and even the young boy in the Drive-Thru told me I had to pay a dollar extra cuz he couldn’t find the sub button on the register and he even got on the headset and talked to the manager who would not come out and talk to me and said that I have to pay extra and I said it already comes with cheese.. I am already being charged for cheese. I’m not getting extra cheese as you’re trying to charge me, I’m just swapping the cheese. I just had to walk out. This is ridiculous. I was told that it was fixed but it was only fixed for like 6 months and now they’re doing it again because they’re not trained right and a lot of times when they can’t find the button they just turn around and tell the person making the sandwich to put a different cheese but they wouldn’t do that either. I’m so disappointed and I will not be back here this time and I’ll tell my neighbors about the situation and I’ll just go to another place to eat
