Terrible service them 3 girls in the front was rude asl they need to get a better attitude because there shouldn’t be a reason you acting like that to everyone.

I stopped at the rest stop to use the restroom and grabbed a quick pretzel. It was cold and hard. I immediately took it back to Alyshia and was rudely informed that she was not going to replace my item and that I could buy another one. Alyshia continued to tell me that it was “not her problem” she told me to “step aside”. I’ll be fighting this charge. Hopefully she gets out of customer service.

It’s a day before New Year’s Eve, this location only sells pretzels nuggets (super salty or cinnamon flavor). It was busy for sure but I strongly believe with a right management, it should making a “killing” today. Instead of staffs acted like I don’t give a F. We have been to other locations, like Miami Dolphin Malls kiosk, the line there even longer than this and they always have regular pretzels on shelf only the hot dog ones need to wait. I don’t know who own this location, but your business is not profiting as it should be and I see why customer give a one star.

5 PM on a Sunday and sold out of everything. Store hours have them open until 9 but employee says they have no plans of making any food. Every other place is packed. This kid is standing at the front counter, counting down the time until he clocks out.

Horrible management. Very long line, two managers walked up voided item and went back to do there own thing. As a manager when you see that your team is struggling you must step in for 10 15 mins and help bust that line down. Horrible work ethic by management..

Ordered salted bites and a cinnamon pretzel. The salted bites were not edible. They were almost rock solid. The sweet pretzel tasted like it was made in old oil and burnt but they hid the burn with the cinnamon sugar.

I don’t understand and how at 3pm and a packed rest stop. There are zero pretzels of any kind and maybe 3 cinnamon rolls. The workers don’t k ow when anything will be ready and they don’t care. And to think I only stopped just for this. Smh.

What a joke of an AA. Close it or get a decent manager. Slowest uninterested workers I have ever experienced. They were out of every type of pretzel . When customers asked how long for a particular one they wanted, the worker responded (barely)" they are not even started, so they didn't know how long." I asked if they had a manager who could see when they were low on Items and get more baking before they are out of everything ? No response.

Super good food they were open and my pretzel bites were fresh!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees hid name tags after laughing that they gave the last pretzels to the people they let cut in line.

Employees no where to be found. lights are on and their drinks are everywhere despite no one working.

It’s not there
