Bad customer service
Beautifully decorated. Staff were kind and responsive. Food was very good.

The food was not bad. They charged money for a tiny cup of "mojo" which turned out to be just vegetable oil with some garlic powder in it .. The beverages are too expensive and the wait staff are inattentive.

Food was very tasty. My only comment, for dinner the Cubano Regular $11.99 was half a sandwich.
We are a Latino family from Miami and I don't really know why the prices are so high at this restaurant. I purchased 2 Café con leche and 2 croquetas for $18. In Miami you would have paid no more then $8. Very overpriced. Sad!!

First time here. Wildly exceeded expectations. Crispy beef was great. Black beans eere the BEST I've ever had. Cuban sandwich was also A plus. Can't wait to come back.

Visited Babalu on 10-16-2024 for Lunch had the grilled Chicken with Plantains and Fries. The food was great everything was hot; the chicken prepared on a bed of fried onions was really tasty. Inside the restaurant is nicely decorated. The waitress Melanie is very nice, friendly, excellent service. The prices are very reasonable. Great date place. Nice job Babalu.
