We are a Latino family from Miami and I don't really know why the prices are so high at this restaurant. I purchased 2 Café con leche and 2 croquetas for $18. In Miami you would have paid no more then $8. Very overpriced. Sad!!

Visited Babalu on 10-16-2024 for Lunch had the grilled Chicken with Plantains and Fries. The food was great everything was hot; the chicken prepared on a bed of fried onions was really tasty. Inside the restaurant is nicely decorated. The waitress Melanie is very nice, friendly, excellent service. The prices are very reasonable. Great date place. Nice job Babalu.

Food is great, I’ve been searching for years for a half decent Cuban and this is the best place if you’re in the market for one.

The pricing is a bit high, you can get lunch at Bonefish with drinks for two for about $13-15 cheaper. If their Cuban wasn’t so good I honestly wouldn’t come back, but I’ve been there 2x just this month already so, if it’s good enough they will come price or not I guess ?.
